Unfortunately Evri failed to deliver my parcel. Threadbare offered a prompt refund and no quibble. I then got the same dress from Next which I'm very pleased with. It's more important that the issue w... もっず芋る

Wonderful quarter zip jumper

I received a quarter zip I purchased from Matalan which was manufactured by Threadbare and I was impressed by the fact that it indeed did look like as shown on the Matalan website. The quarter zip looks and feels comfortable. It also makes you look professional, which is very convenient.

Not a great experience ...

Not a great experience ...
Returned item through Ervi. Had to travel 50 minutes to get to the nearest parcel point to where I live n very disappointing. Cost me nearly two hours of driving & the cost of that ..
Still haven't received my refund ....
Not a happy customer. Won't be buying again ...

We understand how frustrating it must have been to travel such a long distance to your nearest Evri parcel point, along with the additional time and fuel costs involved. We appreciate that this made the returns process inconvenient for you.

Your return has been delivered by Evri on 14/05, refunds can take several working days to be processed and reflected in your account depending on your payment provider.
