many thanks to Nigel Davies and the team at thunder road bridgend . i recently purchased a suzuki DL650 AM3 V STROM. got to say every one was so helpful and so pleasant to deal with fair play to nigel yr a star many thanks for a fab bike * * * * *

I won’t buy another bike from them , I have bought 2 bikes this year , a Moto Guzzi Mandello V100 , I went to pick it up and they brought it out of the dealership with a cracked screen , it was only when I asked them to change the screen with another one on another V100 that they did so , the first response were will order another for you , I wasn’t excepting that .
Then I bought an Aprilla scooter 125 for my daughter , they delivered that with a damaged bar end , I have also since discovered that there should be a safety split pin in the rear wheel bolt , which is missing , so obviously the bike hasn’t been checked over properly before delivery , one of the salesman told me he was sending out a replacement bar end , that was over a week ago , I still haven’t received it , the finance paperwork was done wrong , which is now costing me an extra £600 . I would advise people to stay well clear .

After attending at the shop was dealt with the accessories manager Lee who was so helpful and sorted out the matter in no time ( I had been trying for hours). Great service with no fuss. Please do pass on these comments to Lee who is without doubt a credit to your organisation.

Absolutely amazing customer service, couldn't have asked for anything more. After having a bad experience with another dealer in Cardiff, Thunder Road certainly made me realise they aren't all the same.

Having contacted a few dealers and been disappointed by the offers on my nearly new Harley, I was pleasantly surprised by the deal that Richard of Thunder Road presented in exchanging for a new Indian Chief. It’s always a worry when spending substantial sums of money with someone miles away that you’ve never met; However, throughout the process, Richard was highly professional with communication and even dealt gracefully with my last-minute colour change.

The bike was delivered to my home on the date agreed and for the past three months I’ve had nothing but pleasure from it. I’d have no hesitation in working with Thunder Road next time I’m looking to change.

I ordered a screen for a bmw and Darren went to a lot of trouble to obtain a suitable screen and fittings after the supplyer stopped supplying the fitting kit. Superb service and easy to park after the cafe has now closed.

Wonderful experience from top to bottom, every person I spoke to in store treated me very well and Lee the gentleman that handled my sale was going above and beyond to help me chose the best deal for myself and might I say it was a test of patience and they knocked it out of the park! Hi I recently bought my much loved Kawasaki Versys 1000 from Thunder Road Cwmbran, and I have nothing but praise for these guys, my salesman was Lee, and there was nothing more he could do to explain or show me with the px or finance during my visit, in fact my whole experience during my visit and purchase was nothing short of fantastic and I would recommend your services to anyone, so much so I will be back for servicing etc in the future. Came to Thunder Road as I was after a used Triumph Scrambler. saw the bike I wanted, spoke to Sam at Bridgend, agreed the price, the finance, trade-in (very competitive), delivery and full documentation remotely with no hassel. Delivery on time/date was spot on, Bill swopped out the bikes with care. Overall exceptional service, cannot be faulted even arranged the MOT on my old bike as it was SORN'd. Highly recommended, Well done Sam & Bill, great ambassadors and a faultless service. .

After both buying and selling bikes at thunder road Gloucester I have to say the sales staff Mike rich and especially Jamie have been superb I will definitely use them when I change my bike in the future and parts department are very helpful will use again thanks Andy

Dealt with Richard Granville at TR Gloucester and honestly the best "salesman" I've spoken to. Honest fella and catered to all my needs. Unfortunately I also spoke to another Richard who wasn't so accomodating and enjoyed talking over me when trying to explain an issue I'd had (on Richard Granvilles day off). All sorted eventually but the whole team should learn from Mr Granville. He's an asset to the team and only because of him I'd certainly go back to TR. Cheers RG!

Purchased bike from cwmbran store several years ago and such bad experience, about 10 things wrong when I went to collect on collection day, went there on dry morning by time i left because of all the probs it was closing time, dark and pouring with rain. as i lived just around corner i took it home with the plan to have decent ride the next day. on way home handling was awful. both tyres all but flat. bought 2nd from bridgend store, had to stop on way home as engine screaming it's head off due to wrongly set carb and the left had controls so loose they just spun around on bar.as cwmbran is my nearest bike dealer last year i thought give them another chance. ordered a brand new bike with several accessories. went in to collect on collection day and absolutely nothing done, bike not registered, not pdi'd, not had accessories fitted, nothing, so got my money back. couple weeks ago i stupidly thought again, hey they are my nearest dealer lets try one more time as they had a particular bike i wanted. so went into cwmbran store, had good look around the bike i wanted, they had a deal on new cbr500r, so spoke to salesman and said i definately wanted either the bike i had come to look at or the cbr on offer. could i book a test ride on a 2nd hand cbr (they had several) and the other bike to see which one i liked best. i was told they didn't like giving test rides, especially on more than one bike. so i said fine if i'll look elsewhere.

Rang with the thought of buying a bike,it was advertised as being avalible for test rides. On speaking to sales man, this is not the case, instead I was offered to come and start the bike up and have a sit on it. After a round trip of 120 miles,Hardly the same thing!

Great service from start to finish.
I Called Thunderroad to arrange annual service and MOT for my Africa Twin. Had a great chat and got some great advice about a battery issue on the phone (as opposed to poor advice in the online forums).
The quote for the service was really good so I booked myself in for the following week.
It was a pleasant surprise to be given a free loaner bike (Honda NC750X).
Very happy with the service. Very friendly staff members; They couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful. I'm very happy to recommend Thunderroad.

Fabricio: I know problems can happen, but I bought a semi-new scooter and had problems at the end of the second month, everything is being fixed in the warranty, but the mechanics are confused by the problem and now I am 50 days without the motorbike without foresight, and without motorbike reserve. I tried to renegotiate a new bike, but they wouldn't take it.
The e-mails are rarely answered, how can I trust the motorbike again if it was not verified when it was sold? I'm very upset and I'm not going to do business with this company again.

Bought newer bike from them. Good prices for my old bike and the used bike that I bought. Unfortunately the new (used) bike developed a fault - well, these things happen... They fixed it without quibbling under their 3 month warranty. I had a loan bike while mine was being sorted and even though we had Covid lockdowns to contend with, there was excellent communication & they kept me well informed throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. A very satisfied customer.
