Very bed customer service

Tickets to India always provide an efficient and friendly service. Thank you Dave for dealing with my booking efficiently.

I booked a flight to Goa, India via Bahrain. Unfortunately whilst I was in Goa war broke out between Iran, US, and Isreal getting the whole Middle East involved in a conflict. Since my flight was flying back through Bahrain Gulf Air my airlines advised me to cancel and get a refund from my agent tickets to India. Tickets to India refused to cancel my flights and even told me that flights were still flying through Bahrain, even though the air space was closed, Bahrain was being bombed. They even told me I wouldn’t get a lot back even though I haven’t used half of my journey.

Please don’t book tickets with these people because when it comes to a refund they would do anything to keep the money for themselves, even lie to you.

My flight was delayed and I needed a new eticket sent to my email but after countless calls with air India and after communicating back and fourth I came across a lovely agent from tickets to India called SANDY.K who helped me with my query and personally got in touch with air India, I wish i would give her another 5 stars because she went above and beyond to help my query. Very much appreciated with her service and how kind and quick she was. Definitely 10/10 service

Our experience booking with Tickets to India has always been nothing short of exceptional. They consistently find us reasonable prices within our budget, even for short-notice trips. While we usually book with Inder sir, this time Sandy mam was incredibly helpful. She went the extra mile to save us money and ensured we had the flexibility we needed by securing refundable and changeable tickets on very short notice. I am a very loyal customer, I've purchase my flight tickets since 2014 from here multiple times however the recent experience was very horrible the customer service staff are rude they don't let you speak, no phone manners and accountability, they just want to scam you when the flights are cancelled by the airlines.

This travel agent is absolutely rubbers they scam you. They make you pay the full amount and then they ring you up and the flights been cancelled and take your money. Please do not work with them a waste of time headache absolutely rubbish disgusting customer service they should have slippers not stars in the head for robbing people .
They make you transfer your money into a International account and when you ask for a refund, they tell you to do one

I have been using Tickets to India as my only choice of company to book via for many years now.

They are always very helpful, professional and polite and have always given excellent customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience with Ticketstoindia.co.uk.
I booked my tickets from Goa to London Heathrow with Virgin Atlantic through them, and due to the ongoing crisis and flight cancellations, I have been trying to get an update about my flight status. Instead of helping, they have completely ignored me.
I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp, and the agent named Mani reads my messages and simply does not respond. No reply, no update, no assistance — just complete silence. When customers are stressed about cancelled flights and international travel, this is the kind of support they provide.
Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible service. Once they take your money, they don’t care about you at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Returning customer here. But maybe this is the last time I am dealing with ticketstoindia. I made couple of errors while booking my current flight with them. I booked a flight in July where I made a mistake on the return dates. Instead of booking my return flight on 27th August, I booked it for 27th September. I clocked this mistake the next morning and the only available way to reach them was on the whatsapp chat. I was told by Baljit that the cancellation is not possible on my booking and he offered to change the return flight dates to 27th August for a price of £289. Which included £150 penalty and £139 fare difference. I stupidly believed that to be true and paid the difference. At 9am when I called his office I was told that my flight can be cancelled for a fee of £250 but now that I have paid for the new flights, the refund will only be for the original quote minus the £250 and I will not get the extra back. Was so disappointed about this. If Baljit would have told me this earlier in the Chat I would have taken the cancellation for a £250 fee.

Another Issue was there is a typo error in my name. Instead of Nirmalsinh I typed my name Niramalsinh. Didn't noticed it for few days. When I couldn't find my booking on Virgin's app., I clocked the error. I since then tried contacting them many times and all the agents kept telling me that only Baljit can deal with this as he is dealing with your booking. I called Virgin to correct the error and they said if it was booked with them directly they would do it for free. As typo error of 1 alphabet is not charged to correct. Rahul called me after 2 days and is asking me to pay another £100 for the correction. How is this fare? Since airline is clearly not charging you guys to do the correction. Made 6 bookings with you guys never made a mistake. EBP no 881609.
