It sits foul with me when a company knowingly uses a chargeable number on all of their paperwork, emails etc, trapping customers into paying an absolute fortune with a few phone calls.

Even more so when you follow up with them on discovering this (admittedly I should have noticed it earlier but didn’t) and they admit that they know that this is a problem and that they are working on updating the number as there are other “normal” landline numbers available.

It is inexcusable during these times (where some people and companies are or might be financially struggling) to trap them like this and to not be willing to sort this out promptly (multiple quick solutions available). Poor business standards.

Not happy with the oil pads they have a perforated line that you can normally use to tear easily the pad in half these do not tear and just rip not on the line also not as thick as my normal blue pads I bought 200 very disappointed

Ordered spray paint, hadnt had after a week. Contacted tiger customer support and delat wiyh Vinnie. Repiled very quickly with proff of delivery, explained it hadnt been delivered, and new consignment sent to replace straight away- no quibble,s just brilliant service.
Excellent ciustomer care, and we will be using them for all future orders. Can't rate them highly ebough- great to deal with :)

Next day delivery took 3 days and i paid extra.
When it turned up it was not HD floor cardboard more like tracing paper.
Definitely will not be using this company again.

Goods arrived as order and on time

I recently placed an order with tiger supplies over the phone , I used there 0844 number it never crossed my mind I was to be charged a premium rate actually £9.00 when I received my O2 bill I was very angry O2 confirmed it was Tiger supplies
Nowhere on there site does it display the fact it is a premium number which I believe is against the law !
I had an account with the company so I asked for a refund as not only had I spent £277 with them I was charged £9.00 on top for placing an order !! The 0844 number is difficult not to use as it is the most prominent number all over Google and there website
I have contacted Ofcom and BBC watchdog as I feel it’s an underhanded subversive practice

Very clear ordering process and very very quick delivery

I placed an order yesterday, paid for standard delivery, the order arrived today.
The items were cheaper including the delivery charge than I could find anywhere online including the well known auction site.
Thank you Tiger Supplies, I’d definitely recommend your company and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again.

Don't be surprised if what you have ordered dosent arrive and then they tell you its their privilege to change your order and send you a completely different item and they think this is OK!!!
NOW THEY WONT REFUND ME THE DELIVERY FEE. For their error !!!!!
be very careful when or if you order something off them, it might not be what you ordered.
