Expired face mask

Ordered again few boxes of face masks with prompt delivery, having ordered from them before and had no issues whatsoever. However, been sent items this time with all of them being out of date. Hate to think that they would be passing off merchandise even if they are past the sell by date in the hopes customers won’t notice or make a fuss.
Currently awaiting response to the complaint. May update rating depending on how they would handle my email to them.

I am sorry that you have received out of date masks, this definitely should not have happened, we were made aware that our supplier had sent us some that are out of date, and these were all put in quarantine, so I will be investigating how this stock was available for picking.
I have also checked that our customer service team have you query who will be in touch to organise replacements.

wheel barrow damaged.

The wheel barrow carrying platform is damaged- dented and paint flaked off. Where the frame rests on the ground is badly scraped. This barrow has been used before. It came promptly on my wife's birthday. This is a disappointment but I don't want the hastle of returning it.
I recently bought a larger 120L wheel barrow from Tiger - it was excellent- so why this?

Broom handles

Product good. Paid for next day delivery but problem meant item not dispatched in time so was received following day. Now having to work at weekend.

Bought a product ahead of time not only was it 3 days late, it was completely lost
 not impressed!!

We're sorry to hear about the delay with delivery of your order. We can see that the goods were despatched from our warehouse on the same day as they were ordered, but unfortunately lost by the courier. Sadly we were not made aware of this in advance of your report.

In light of the refusal of the free of charge replacements offered, we have arranged a full refund. Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

Didn't order until after lunch, 3 No. packages arrived next day. Superb service, will be using again without doubt.

W/barrow looks strong and durable
.can’t give a five as not used it yet. Bought UK made ones for a project from an other supplier that cost as much that lasted 6 weeks 
 this looks 100% stronger

Order not delivered in full, no communication as to when or if I will get the remianing items I have ordered, poor communication

We're sorry you felt as though this warranted a 1 star review. We have investigated this matter and can confirm that your order contained both items that were available from stock, and some of which were made-to-order and as such had a longer lead time.

In situations like these, we may split orders to ensure that a proportion of the order is received without delay, and the made-to-order items follow once processed. We will strive to communicate this better in the future.
