I purchased tiles for a project with a tight timeline, ordering well in advance based on their product info, which stated I should receive them in 10 days. After two weeks with no delivery, I called and was told that items donât ship for 5 business daysâyet my order still hadnât shipped, and there was no communication on when it would.
When the tiles finally arrived, they were completely wrong. I contacted customer service immediately, provided all requested details, and repeatedly asked for an updated timelineânow facing project delays due to their mistake. They assured me my replacement order would be given "top priority" and that I would receive a shipping notification soon.
It has now been five more days, and I have yet to receive any shipping update. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. If you need tiles on a schedule, avoid TileBar at all costs!
