I have recently moved to Timms, Derby having been very unhappy with my previous solicitor.
I needed to update my will and Sarah and Izzy have done an excellent job. They are both pleasant and friendly and , of course, more importantly very efficient. Thank you Timms.

At first was a good company they said all the correct things they helped me with complaints all was good until final few months I was told to give up Lauren Sheffield ignored 90% of my emails and when court was over I sent a final email about recovering costs and if I could get help sending a simple email but no reply letter through door saying no longer my solicitor but local authority are still bang out of order and now I have no help

I had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa and Darcy they were very professional and worked extremely hard I couldn’t fault in any way. Would definitely recommend Timms solicitors to everyone.

Really pleased with the service received from Michelle Rock and her assistant Morgan Dye whilst trying to buy a property.
Both Michelle and Morgan responded really quickly when I needed to contact them. Both are very approachable, professional and attentive.
Unfortunately the property purchase fell through but I would not hesitate in using Michelle and Morgan when we find another property.

I was purchasing a house that I had been renting, with cash. This is fairly unusual and caused a little confusion. Generally everything went very smoothly, by phone and email, with only a couple of visits to the office. I was asked to confirm all relevant info, and not to deal with parts not relevant to my circumstances. The fee was average compared with other local solicitors.

Used Timms as they did my will. Were efficient friendly and professional. Kept me updated and answered any queries quickly. Always had named person to deal with.

A family member bought and sold a property earlier this year and it wasn't the best of experiences, so we did a lot of research and spoke to a lot of people before choosing a firm to help us buy a property.
We used Timms Burton who managed the whole process in a professional and timely manner. Katie explained everything fully and in plain English, keeping us up to date on where we were with the sale. Highly recommend.
