Sam and his colleagues are just like the showroom itself - warm and welcoming. Sam certainly went above and beyond by responding to questions swiftly and efficiently, even over the weekendâŠbecause heâs passionate and he cares (rare these days!).

My husband and I walked onto the kings road store and were greeted with a warm welcome from Rachel. We were looking for a bedroom chandelier. Rachel could not have been more helpful. We saw some lights we loved. We were unsure of measurements, Rachel emailed all the information over. We then went back and ended up purchasing two new lights. So refreshing to meet an assistant who bends over backwards to help. Will definitely use this store as a first stop to purchasing any new furniture or lights!
