the tutorials are so bad they do not load what your supposed to be doing they load blank and you have to rest it most of the time don't recommend to use if have short temper get tinker cad fixed

Poor design and tutorials don't work 3/4 of the time buttons dont works and the layout is inconsistent

This site has really killed the interest for me.. Spending hours making a model only for it to be to large for anything, I can't export it, one change can take minutes. I can't even open the model I spent so much time on!!! It just says it failed to group.. And if I manage to export it and then open it again in Tinkercad the model is all broken, with defects and not how it was when I exported it..
It's so bad I can't wrap my head around it.

Oh wow. I came here to say how happy i am that this exists, and i see tons of negative reviews and comments.. I dont get it.. I think its absolutely amazing.. Sure, its "basic" in a sense, but i have spent many hours making stuff for 3d printing with this website.. The only thing i might consider being "bad" is that when you keep editing some object, the more complex you make it, the longer it takes to do stuff like cutting off part of the object or whatever, but its literally a free program, and they have to use their servers to do the stuff.. I dont think there is any room to complain.. I might pick fusion up in the future, but as of now, im so incredibly happy that this exists.

If I could give Tinkercad zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve tried using it for several school projects and personal 3D design ideas, but every single time it ends up being frustrating, slow, and full of glitches. People say it’s supposed to be an easy online tool for beginners to design 3D models and circuits, but honestly, it doesn’t even do the basic things properly half the time.

First of all, Tinkercad crashes way too often. I can’t count how many times I’ve spent hours making a design, only for the website to suddenly freeze and everything disappears. Even if I save every few minutes, sometimes it just stops responding and all my progress is gone. It’s the worst feeling ever when you’ve worked so hard and the program just breaks down for no reason. It’s not like I have a bad computer either — I’ve tried it on a school Chromebook, my home laptop, and even a desktop, and the same thing happens on all of them.

Another huge problem is that Tinkercad is super laggy. When I try to move objects or rotate the camera, it takes forever to load or just freezes completely. It’s almost impossible to make precise shapes when everything keeps jumping around the screen. Sometimes the shapes don’t even line up correctly, and when I zoom in or out, everything moves out of place. It feels like the website wasn’t designed to handle more than a few shapes at once, which makes it completely useless for more detailed projects.

The interface also looks simple at first, but once you start using it, you realize it’s really limited. There aren’t many tools or features compared to other 3D design software, and even the ones it has don’t always work properly. For example, grouping and ungrouping objects randomly stops working, and the “hole” feature that’s supposed to cut through objects just glitches half the time. I’ve had shapes disappear completely or turn into weird stretched blobs for no reason. It’s so annoying.

Tinkercad is also supposed to save your work automatically, but that’s another lie. I’ve had multiple times where it says “All changes saved” and then when I reload the page, half my design is gone. It’s honestly one of the most unreliable programs I’ve ever used. For something made by Autodesk, a company that’s supposed to be professional, Tinkercad feels like a beta version of a broken website that never got finished.

And don’t even get me started on the electronics simulator. It’s slow, it crashes constantly, and sometimes the code editor doesn’t even open. When I try to run a circuit simulation, it either freezes or gives random error messages even when nothing is wrong. It’s supposed to teach beginners how circuits work, but how can anyone learn when the program itself doesn’t even function correctly?

Even the export options are terrible. When I try to export an STL file to print, sometimes it gives me a completely messed up version of my model with holes and missing parts. I’ve tried fixing it, but it’s almost impossible when the software keeps corrupting your files.

Overall, Tinkercad feels like a tool that could have been great if it actually worked. But right now, it’s slow, buggy, unreliable, and frustrating to use. I don’t understand how teachers keep recommending it to students when it constantly breaks and wastes so much time. It’s honestly worse than useless because it makes you lose motivation to learn 3D design at all.

If you’re thinking about trying Tinkercad, don’t. There are way better programs out there that actually work, like Fusion 360 or Blender. They might look more complicated at first, but at least they don’t crash every five minutes. Tinkercad might be free, but trust me — your time is worth more than dealing with its constant bugs and glitches.

If I could give Tinkercad zero stars, I 100% would.

Tinkercad is easy to use and pretty straightforward with making things. With a little tinkering you can make pretty much anything (that doesn't break Tinkercad's TOS of course)

TinkerCAD is absolutely useless, the lookaround constantly locks for absolute no reason. it constantly opens a new tab when I'm busy designing and then also closes itself out of nowhere. This should be a toy for todlers and not a design platform because this is absolute trash

I was working on a circuit design. I went to refresh my browser, because in the top right of the tab, it said, "All changes saved." But when I refresh, it went back to an original, and deleted a lot of stuff.

More for 5-6 year olds and nobody older. no more detailed tools. no extruding or anything like that. they should make another section for the more advanced or rather older people

Programma instabile. Dopo pochi minuti di uso si bloccano delle funzioni, come accorciare o allungare un oggetto. Pessimo, è online, non va anche se ho una ottima connessione

Instead of using Tinkercad just take your time to learn how to use Blender.
Tinkercad is just way too simple and you can't really model anything crazy.
I know blender is pretty complex but it's not way too hard and you can easily learn the basics and I would rather take my time to learn Blender instead of using this.
