Io mi sono sempre trovato bene, OVVIO che se uno compra un cellulare CESSO a 30 euro e poi pretende che funzioni come un Samsung, magari si trova deluso, comunque TINYDEAL funziona più o meno come Amazon fa cioè da tramite, non fabbrica materiale, ho avuto un problema una volta e lo hanno risolto rispedendomi il tutto, i tempi sono quello che sono.

Tiny deal has very bad attitude to their clients...l ordered some item from them...last tracking of item was in Australia Post in Chullora and after that all tracks disapeared APost sent me mail admitting the loss and advised me than only Tinydeal as a sender can claim refund on my behalf I sent 6 emails to customer service and they completely ignoring that...this is no way of any respectable firm to try their client with contempt...very bad attitude...it looks like we got your money so ...

A scam shop. They take advantage of their clients to sell cheap copies of the products they are advertising they are selling.

The product I receive is not the one I order, neither the have the same technical specifications/capabilities.

It has the following differences:

It is not from the same brand. I order one JJRC-Q50 and I receive a Xiangdijia 69992
It does not have progressive throttle
It does not have demonstration button
It does not have light weight lipo-batter, it is fitted with a heavy Ni-Cd battery
the remote control does not have the same technical features than the one that comes with JJRC-Q50
It does not comes fitted with batteries for the remote control
I order a JJRC-Q50 and tinyedeal shop sent a cheap copy of the product that does not have the same specifications/capabilities. I have no use for the product received and the shop is the only responsible for this mistake and is not willing to pay for a return shipping service, neither refund.

Ordered an item on 13/4/18 processing took 11 days, I decided then to send a email canceling the order and whadaya know as soon email was sent goods shipped! So 15 working days later still no goods, Royal mail still have no tracking information to give! last update was 28/4/18 at the border!!
As for contacting them via email well that is a painful ordeal, you type out a message and it refuses to send, surprise surprise. So 5 more working days then contacting Paypal regarding non receipt of goods.

Update 21/5/18 item arrived now in UK, fingers crossed.

Update 22/5/18 item received, customs to be paid unfortunately but to be fair not seller's responsibility. Item as advertised and all looks good so no complaints there, very happy now. So all in all if you are prepared to wait the long delivery date you shouldn't be disappointed.

This order was not delivered because according to Maltapost the addrese was not readable and was sent back to Tinydeal.It is not my fault that the address was not readable.
I requested that I will be paid the full refund.Tinydeal does not want to refund me the money for the non delivered order,everyday they write a new excuse first they told me to wait 25 days so that the parcel will be delivered,then they requested that I will go to Maltapost and get a declaration that this parcel was not delivered (RU474502456CH /4070077784290001778824 they have all the information on the tracking information ) Then they offered me that they will give me 80% in Tinydeal points (I refused because I am not going to make another order from this SCAM) After They offered me 90% in Tinydeal points,I refused this offer too,Now they offered 100% refund but on the condition that they must recieve the parcel back.I do not have control on the parcel Tinydeal can inform the post office and get the parcel back they have all the documents in their hand.BEWARE of TINYDEAL this purely a SCAM.
The customer care of this company is a nightmare they get all excuses but no solutions.

Hi. I ordered a phone Elephone P8 for 200€ from EU werehouse. It came in 3 days via DHL. Super satisfied. Phone working all OK.
After 3 months LCD died and post buy service problems started.
After asking TD what to do they first wanted me to try to repair localy. Local repair for Elephone no go.
For service I needed to ship to China even if I bought from EU werwhouse. First red flag. My local post gave me bad advice about exporting the phone for avoiding customs duties at return.
After six weeks they received the phone.
After another 2 weeks they wanted me to pay 32€ for service. It should be free I guess if there is guaratie. Than I made some barging and I paid 25€. After another month the phone was still not repaired. I asked what now. They asked for another week.
I asked for a partial refund, but they didn't want to hear it. They did not respond. After an agreement they send me a used replacement phone. It took another 2 weeks for them to ship it(in the meanwhile we changed 3 different phones because they we're not in stock). After all this I have to pay additional 54€ customs duties for LeEco max 2 at arrival.
Summary
5 months time to solve the issue

Additional 85€ cost on my initial 200€ purchase
Replacement phone solution
At least I got a working phone.
I'm deeeeeply disappointed with the service.

If you buy and it works ok. Otherwise fix it your self or just throw it away.

Pedí dos brazaletes "cuenta pasos". Uno de ellos no cargaba, ni con su cargador ni con el cargador del otro, que funcionaba perfectamente. Abrí una incidencia con Tinydeal y después de un mes y medio, me contestaron que intentara repararlo en España y les dijera cuánto costaba la reparación.
Fuí a dos sitios para informarme, pero me dijeron que debido a la "fragilidad" del dispositivo, no se atrevían a abrirlo para darme el presupuesto.
Contesté esto a Tinydeal... y hasta hoy. Ni siquiera me han respondido a mis muchos correos. Ya han pasado cuatro meses desde la compra, y ni siquiera puedo quejarme en su web, porque solo permiten quejas hasta 90 días después de tu compra.
NEFASTOS.
Por supuesto, nunca más compraré en esta web.

Scam website. Only lied to me for non delivered orders 7410068718420602410810/11354195. When I asked refund they kept asking for proof from post office that goods didn't arrive. Post office doesn't release these statements as it is clear in tracking info that the goods never arrived in Albania. Used to be good but now it is pure scam.

all problems are resolved and my money is back. thanks to tinydeal. although it must be through the debate and the long process.

I have bought so many profuct from tinydeal,everything is great and they offer very good product with the lowest price in the market,plus fadtst and free shipping for all items.Furthermore they have a very qualified service support...it's my prefred website and I really enjoy shopping from it.

Llevo más de cinco años pidiendo en ésta tienda, al principio no había problemas, si surgía un incidente, lo solucionaban. Desde hace algo más de un año esto ha cambiado. Compré dos teléfonos Doogee F7, de los cuales uno antes de un mes ya daba fallos, tengo que añadir que éste terminal debe de dar fallos por los comentarios que he leído y otro igual que compró un familiar, con el mismo problema. Sigo sus indicaciones enviando fotos, video, etc. Me dicen que lo envíe para su reparación. Me piden 25€ para cambiar la pantalla pues su servicio técnico dice que ése es el problema. A parte de pagar los gastos de envío, que asumo, pues viene especificado en su política, pago el importe que me piden porque según ellos en la garantía se cubre la reparación, no las piezas. Accedo porque si no, me quedo sin teléfono. Mi sorpresa es que cuando llega de vuelta el teléfono sigue fallando. Otra vez fotos, video, etc. Además les vuelvo a enviar los iniciales para que comprueben que es el mismo problema y no han hecho nada (no entiendo cuando se repara algo como no se comprueba), salvo que no lo hayan reparado. Llevo así desde agosto del año pasado, obviamente lo volví a enviar y ésta vez ni siquiera me han dicho que ya ha llegado. Poco confío ya en su profesionalidad ni en que se solucione . Por si fuera poco como no aprendo, hice un pedido por un importe de 183,21 euros, que ellos enviaron en dos paquetes seguidos cuando llegaron, me dicen en correos que tengo que pagar un total de cerca de 80€ entre los dos paquetes (aquí tengo que puntualizar que la persona de correos España también fue en parte culpable por prepotente e inepta, pues cuando le pregunté el concepto de tal cantidad, que si era de aduanas, me contestó que no que era un recargo del vendedor, que estas empresas mandaban cantidades enormes de pedidos y ya tenían un concierto con correos, insistió que era un recargo del vendedor), así que me puse en contacto con ellos para ver qué pasaba, pues sólo ellos pueden pedir explicaciones al ser los remitentes, como con todo, después de innumerables correos, me dicen que no saben que es y que es mejor que lo devuelva. Así lo hice, ahora lleva allí desde octubre, solo que no quieren recibirlo, según he averiguado, porque si no esos gastos los tienen que pagar ellos más los de trasporte por la devolución. Su solución que espere a que lo reciban, cosa que jamás sucederá porque no les interesa, o me devuelven en TD puntos el 80%,descontados gastos de gestión etc. No sé qué gestión pero bueno. Según ellos, de un pedido de 183,21 €, me devuelven 39,90€. Esas son sus cuentas. VERGONZOSO. Obviamente, ya he empezado a hacer pedidos en otras tiendas cuyos comentarios son más favorables. Como leí una vez : se sabe qué profesionales son, no por la ausencia de problemas sino por su habilidad para resolverlos.

Phone arrived but died after 24 hours with no explanation, took ages to respond, keep asking me to get it repaired myself. I'll update this when I get a definitive answer to my pending refund, but overall I would advise staying away from this website if you don't want to throw away money.
Also, when you click on the 'write a review' button, nothing happens, even though my internet is fine. This explains as to why all of the reviews are 4 and 5 stars with no negative feedback.

Обходите этот магазин стороной, на балансе было около 6$ (заработанных через партнерскую программу), tinydeal их списал, просто взяли и обнулили баланс, после простого вопроса почему - вообще заблокировали аккаунт. Если покупаете на tinydeal будьте готовы, что ваш счет заблокируют без объяснения причин, очень жаль что один из главных кит магазинов скатился к мелкому воровству и кидалову пользователей даже на такие мелкие суммы. Покупайте на aliexpress, там хоть продавец не сможет заблокировать ваш аккаунт тем самым закрыв вам рот.

Pedí un smartwatch hace unos días, pero decidí cancelarlo cuando aún estaba sin enviar. Como el chat no funciona salvo que sea artículo ya enviado, decidí enviar un email al servicio al cliente al que prometen responder en 24 horas (48 horas en fin de semana). Pues bien, 24 horas después no recibí ninguna respuesta y el pedido seguía sin ser enviado, con lo que decidí enviar un nuevo email. Dos días después cambia el estado del pedido a enviado y ese mismo día me responden indicando que ya no se puede hacer nada porque el producto ya se ha enviado.
Reclamo por Paypal y ahora sí que responden rápido, pero la única solución que me dan es rechazar el paquete cuando llegue a casa y así cuando ellos lo reciban de vuelta me harán el correspondiente abono.
Es decir, que durante un par de meses o más no voy a volver a ver mi dinero, y eso confiando en que realmente cumplan con el abono que prometen, ya que con el tiempo que transcurrirá entre el envío y la devolución perderé la protección de Paypal.
En fin, me siento estafado y me tendré que quedar con el producto...

Aquí se pide que contacte de nuevo con el Customer Service de Tinydeal, pero la única opción sigue siendo la misma: Devolver el paquete y confiar en que cuando lo reciban (2 o 3 meses después) tengan a bien realizar el abono.
Lo siento, pero visto cómo funcionan no confío en que cumplan lo que dicen. Que realicen el abono ahora, y yo rechazaré gustoso el paquete cuando llegue a mi casa.

I ordered some tiny things on 4oct2017, on 11oct 2017 they sent me a email that items are dispatched, in their email:
"Most packages will be delivered in 2-3 weeks, while some may take up to 4 -6 weeks. While carrier transit time and customs clearance time are beyond our control, please email us if your package is not delivered after 6 weeks so we can contact post office to trace it for you."
I sent a mail asking where is my package on 20jan2018.
They answered:
"Given the fact that the initial contact you made is out of date (over 90 days), the postal authority will not entertain any claims nor accept liability for compensation for this untimely request, and any consequence arises from this shall be borne by the recipient.
