Très bonne plateforme de dons

Avis : Je déconseille vivement TipeeeStream à tout streamer débutant ou ayant une petite communauté fidèle.

Les faits : Mon compte a été fermé définitivement sans préavis, avec la menace de "procédures légales", sous le motif que mes dons provenaient d'une "seule et même personne". La réalité ? Un ami me soutient depuis plusieurs mois avec des dons ponctuels (cumul ~2500€ sur 2 ans). Il est mon principal donateur car ma chaîne est petite. Je ne vous met pas mon pseudo de créateur pour éviter qu'on pense à une pub de ma part.

Le problème : Au lieu de demander une vérification d'identité pour prouver que nous sommes deux personnes distinctes (ce que nous étions prêts à fournir), TipeeeStream a appliqué une fermeture automatique et définitive. Leur algorithme considère automatiquement qu'un donateur fidèle et unique est une fraude ou de l'auto-financement, sans aucune nuance humaine.

Conséquences :

- Compte bloqué du jour au lendemain.
Fonds gelés puis remboursés au donateur
- Impossible de récupérer son activité ou d'expliquer la situation à un humain.
- Délai de réponse hyper long pour des réponses courtes sans aucune réelle explication.
- Réponse du support : "Position définitive", refusant toute preuve d'identité ou d'attestation sur l'honneur.

Conclusion : Si vous avez une communauté diverse, aucun problème. Mais si vous dépendez d'un ou deux gros soutiens fidèles, fuyez. TipeeeStream préfère fermer des comptes légitimes par sécurité automatisée plutôt que de faire son travail de vérification humaine. Une plateforme qui traite ses créateurs comme des criminels en potentiel sans procédure contradictoire ne mérite pas confiance.

Note sur la qualité du service (avant incident) : Petite information importante : j'étais initialement disposée à laisser 4 étoiles après presque 2 ans d'utilisation. J'appréciais réellement la qualité des outils de personnalisation (overlays, alertes, etc.) que TipeeeStream apporte aux streams. C'est cet incident brutal et la gestion inhumaine qui font chuter ma note à 1 étoile. La technique est bonne, mais le traitement des créateurs est désastreux.

Ich nutze Tipeee seit 2016 und hatte noch nie Probleme mit Auszahlungen usw. Leider reagieren seit Monaten die Alerts mit Twitch nicht mehr richtig und in den Stats werden keine Donos, Cheers, Follower usw nicht mehr angezeigt. (Über Youtube funktioniert es). Daher überlege ich leider zu wechseln.

I just got an attempt of fraud against my credit card. My bank declined it, and it came from this website TipeeeStream. This kind of platforms should be banned and closed for good.

They respond really really slow, and do not tell you the info you need to know at once, you tell them something, they do something else and it is not really nice when someone plays with your money

Ich war zwei Jahre bei TipeeeStream und mein Konto war perfekt verifiziert. Sie hatten meine Ausweiskopie, Statement meiner Bank und plötzlich kam ab Oktober keine Auszahlung mehr. Erst meinte Tipeee, dass es ein technisches Problem gäbe, ich aber dann bald mein Geld bekomme (ca. 2.500 Euro) und so liefen die Donations weiter. Anfang Dezember wurde mir dann ohne Begründung das Konto gesperrt mit dem Verweis auf die Bank, die TipeeeStream benutzt.
Ich habe mich vorbildlich an alle Regeln gehalten und es gab nie Rücklastschriften, da meine Zuschauer zufrieden sind. Die 2.500 Euro habe ich bis heute nicht bekommen und an meine Spender ging das Geld auch nicht zurück. Tipeee klaut also mein Geld und ich werde mit meinem Anwalt gegen Tipeee vorgehen. Das ist kriminell und unseriös.

Took away my money and closed my account. I have sent them all proves about my streaming but they said I’m not a streamer and closed it without paying me my money out.

Ich habe spenden (über 200€) per paysafecard erhalten aber tipeeestream weigert sich den betrag auszuzahlen weil ich keine streams auf twitch gespeichert habe. habe im nachhinein dann auf anweisung des supports streams hochgeladen, aber immernoch einen gesperrten tipeeestream account. auch wenn es dann mein fehler war (selbst wenn das ziemlich kleinlich ist meiner meinung nach) frage ich mich was jetzt mit dem gespendeten geld passiert? Laut dem Tipeeestream Support wird das Geld meinen Zuschauern zurückerstattet. ich wüsste jedoch nicht wie das gehen soll wenn mit paysafecard bezahlt wurde. Für mich hört sich das so an als würde Tipeeestream sich irgendwelche lächerlichen gründe einfallen lassen um Konten zu sperren und das Geld einzukassieren. Würde Tipeeestream auf keinen fall weiterempfehlen.

Nach einer Zeit zahlte Tipe mir keine Spenden aus.
Angeblich wurde es überweisen, ist aber vollkommen gelogen!!!
Ich empfehle euch lieber Streamlab zu benutzen!!!

Achtung! Tipeeestream SCAMT!

Ich habe ein Konto wo ich durch Streaming und einen Discord Server spenden erhalte, teilweise von Freunden oder spendablen Leuten. Mein Account wurde dann kurzfristig zur Verifizierung ausgestellt, ich hatte 3 Monate Zeit einen Bankauszug zu senden, jedoch war mein Bankkonto per Login nicht mehr erreichbar (hatte mich 2 mal vertippt beim PIN) musste deshalb auf neuen PIN warten, als ich den erhalten habe wollte ich mich verifizieren, war etwa 1-2 Wochen bevor die Frist ablaufen sollte, das war aber nicht mehr möglich, mein Konto wurde ohne Hinweis, ohne E-Mail ohne Statement gesperrt. Auf Nachfrage habe ich seit über 1 Woche keine Antwort bekommen.

Mein Geld ist jetzt weg. Ich werde auf jeden Fall rechtliche Schritte einleiten um so ein Betrug zu unterbinden, eine Frechheit, besonders wenn jüngere Leute die Plattform benutzen, so das Geld abzuziehen... Würde mich schämen.
