I cannot recommend Paul Griffin and the TMFS team highly enough.

I was nervous about re-entering the mortgage market after several years. I needn’t have been - Paul explained everything clearly, was always happy to answer any questions I had and kept me constantly updated. I never had to chase for anything. He secured me a mortgage higher than I expected from a mainstream lender and within the timescales set by the developer. I have exchanged contracts and am looking forward to completing on my new build next month. I can’t thank Paul and the team at TMFS enough.

Tom and his team honestly care, provide a personable touch and ensure they support you all the way through until the mortgage are complete. Don't think you can cut the middle-man out - get help in your corner.

Sadly with Trust pilot I'm unable to give 6 stars here, as frankly it's very seldom I ever experience the kind of dedication, friendliness and proffesionalism to the level that Tom and Aleisha provided. In 10 days our mortgage was approved and finalised with the ball now firmly in the solicitors court, all details have been peiced together and Tom's guidance was present at every step of the way 7 days a week.. They worked between our developer and solicitor making comms and chasing from our part simply not nessarcery as they managed everything throughout the process leaving us really to do not very much at all!

We were both first time buyers and thanks to TM Financial solutions beyond being a stress free experience thus far it's almost been enjoyable! My advice to anyone is that you would be very silly to choose any other provider after the experience that we have had.

Tom has been really efficient in what he does. My husband and I are first time home buyers and have no idea of the processes of purchasing a house. He has been very informative and has never let us feel uncomfortable during the assessments. He is very honest and he gave us options that’s relevant to us. I can say that buying a house and dealing with the developer is very stressful but Tom was the only person who never gave us a hard time. We would never be able to secure a mortgage with a very good deal without Tom. We are very pleased to have worked with him and we definitely recommend him.

What could I do without them!! Paul, Tom and the team could not do enough to help me get my mortgage. I have been self employed for just over a year and have an extremely complicated business set up, however they managed to get their head round it very quickly and had me mortgage offers in no time, I was shocked as had been trying for a while for a new build on on a tricky government scheme. Could not thank them enough!!
