After finding some patches of damp inside my property, I spoke with Joe from TM Roofing who inspected my roof using a drone and later showed me photographs that identified missing mortar from some ridge tiles, and a few broken roof tiles. It was also apparent that the existing roof was not fitted with eave trays.
He explained the different options available where sections of the roof were approximately 15 years old, whereas the original roof section was more than 60 years old, but after considering the pros and cons of having the roof repaired, we elected to and have just had completed what I would say was a less than straightforward full re-roof which also included the fitting of new eave trays, guttering and fall pipes.
Connor, Jake, and Luke did a fantastic job, never failing to arrive as planned, including part of the weekend and a Bank Holiday, and during this time, they were never less than courteous and professional and always appeared to carry out their tasks in a safe manner.
Throughout the job, I was kept appraised of how the work was progressing and I saw firsthand the obstacles that they had to overcome.
I have no fears or concerns with recommending TM Roofing.

We had a flat roof replaced by TM Roofing, and they did a great job. So I asked them to replace the rest of the roof.
Job was done in just over a day.

Was given a very detailed quote and Order of works is not please with the price had a warm roof extension and a bay window roof done .Alan and Josh where amazing and did a fantastic job very polite professional and trusted them in my home. No issues whatsoever 10 out of 10 happy customer

Great workmanship, attention to detail. Communication was superb.

Quality of work was great resolving all the problems we had with water leaks. Kept us updated on progress regularly, explaining what they were doing. On site team made sure the work area was tidy and secure at end of each day

The roofing works were completed on time and within the budget to a high standard with no H&S issues or defects.

After a complaint made for shoddy workmanship, rendering the space unusable, I was told to email the company, which I did. When there was no response I phoned and was told the email account was inactive. Many calls later (where I am told someone will come back to me and no one does) this matter is still unresolved. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY where 'workmanship garaunteed' is a joke.
I am still waiting (5 months later) for someone to contact me.

£20k re slate, I paid extra to get the scaffolders there a week early as TM wanted to start earlier than planned. They then turned uop a week late. The work was left with numerous snags which were easy to see and should not have been left. These should have then been picked up by a visiting contracts manager who failed to do this. They claimed on several occaisions that the defects were closed out. I drove for over an hour each time to re inspect only to be disapointed. This was at a cost of my time, running costs for the vehicle and fuel. If only they were as fast to close out their snags as they were to send out their invoice.

Somebody driving your Ford Truck reg LR24 FNA on Sunday 3rd Aug was driving really dangerously. Speeding, undertaking and swerving over on a busy motorway. Lucky they didn’t cause an accident!
