I've preordered Stitch realistic plushie collectible and never got it. The TNS ignores my mesaages and they kept the 60$ preorder payment.
Avoid this seller completely.

I've preordered a Stitch plushie collectible for my daughter, never got it. Tried to get in touch with the TNS figures, no one replies. Avoid this seller.

DO NOT PRE-ORDER... this company will take your money and not give you the item... I pre-ordered with them in June 25, fast forward to Feb 26 for release, paid in full and waited over 3 weeks to see if they would ship...did not... tried to contact them via all media, facebook, email, their own website... after waiting over 2 months with no replies, i had to ask paypal to request refund.. by this point 6 months had passed to claim my deposit back.... so i basically gave this company $40 free with no way of claiming back.... DO NOT PRE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Son medio estafadores. Te ponen figuras para que hagas pre orders no retornables y esas figuras igual no salen nunca. Porque la marca ni las ha presentado.

Don’t buy from here. They sent me a damaged homrlander then proceeded to block me and not respond when I asked for the issue to be resolved, or a replacement figure.

I should have done more research into this company. Dodgy and scammy. Stay away, there’s many other alternative retailers who can provide you with a much better experience.

3+ Months to resolve a problem which still hasn't been resolved. I ordered a figure which was delivered in August 2024, it is now 2025. This issue hasn't been resolved the company no longer reaches out. I've contacted them countless times. No avail. I've reached out MULTIPLE times to be ignored, I'd avoid in the future and order elsewhere.

Update; January 28th 2025.
TNSFigures have now gone ahead and blocked me from their social medias for calling them out, and continually trying to get them to resolve this issue. I've proceeded to contact my bank to organise a chargeback, this is beyond the joke.

You'd get better service at mcdonalds then you do here.
