Need to work on customer service
When ordering from this shop, keep in mind that you may not receive your order.
My order has been paid for a month ago and I have not heard anything. Despite me reaching out several times I've heard nothing back.
UPDATE
They reached out and gave me a refund.

I received a product I did not order and no one is responding to my emails. I want a refund and send back the item I did not order.
I will never purchase something from this store again.
Do not place an order with TOC TOC Kids.
Furthermore the email address they use on the platform for complaints does not exist.

Don’t deliver the product, nor they refund
Like many comments here, I ordered a product which they cashed instantly but after weeks no update on the status of the order, no response to my multiple emails and no answer to their customer support phone. Indeed this is a scam. Don’t ever buy from this site.

Scam - Product out of stock and no refund
Scam! I ordered a product on their website and although it said it was in stock, they let me know that the product was not in stock but they don't refund me despite all the emails sent! This site is fraudulent and should be avoided!
There are lots of other similar comments for this website, it should be closed! Legal action must be taken!

Online order dated October 19 paid by credit card €137 that they cashed the very same day.
I sent a dozen inquiry emails concerning the status of my order. We are now close to 2 months time since they cashed my credit card payment and all I heard from them is that they do not have the two items I ordered. HOWEVER I STILL DID NOT GET THE €137 CREDIT CARD REFUND. «Toc toc living» is a shame for the online design business. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM…
