Order sorted after dpd ruined yet another simple delivery. Toolchimp replied to emails and calls multiple times, really good customer service. Sent order out again to clean up after dpd failed there... もっず芋る

Poor delivery experience

Unfortunately had a really poor delivery performance. Had no updates on dispatch until I chased and then it apparently had got lost. Eventually got a delivery date but courier didn't attempt delivery stating that we were closed but in fact someone was available the whole time. Again no information until I chased. Hopefully it will arrive on next attempt as I need the item.
