Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful movers. They also helped with dismantling of a big furniture even though they were not supposed to. Very fast and reliable service.

Efficient, responsive, rapid, professional, all was well coordinated. Shipment to Spain was also rapid.

Easy, quick, no fuss quote. I requested a quote from several companies, and Top Removals' quote was very competitive. The best thing for me was that this was the only company that didn't call me and email me 100 times with a pushy sales talk afterwards.
On the move day, 3 guys turned up, packed everything very fast but still with care and respect. They literally worked non-stop from packing, moving (3 flights of stairs with no lift!) to unpacking. It was incredible. I would definitely recommend them.

The company packed and shipped my belonging from London to Stockholm, Sweden. Pete answered all my queries promptly prior to the packing and continued to communicate with me regarding the progress of the shipment. As I was not in London during the packing, I was able to video call with the removal guys on the day. I received my boxes within the time frame and I was extremely happy with how my things were packed. Overall I highly recommend them, cheap and reliable.

We chose Top Removals based on the positive feedback left on Trustpilot and we were not disappointed! The removalists came on time and were very efficient. Despite having to carry heavy items down 6 flights of stairs many times, they didn't complain and instead they approached everything in a friendly manner - cracking a few jokes here and there. All the furniture were moved in a good condition and they also offered to assemble any items that they disassembled. We will definitely use them again.

Very prompt and professional. Every detail was handled with care and curtesy and attention to detail. The entire experience was seamless.

We hired Top Removals for an office removal in July, which we were expecting to be a logistical mess due to the virus restrictions. The customer service (thanks in particular to Annie) was excellent - fast, friendly, helpful. Our old landlord asked for a huge amount of paperwork, which Annie quickly supplied and when we had a major issue less than 24 hours before moving (the old tenant at our new place hadn't moved out yet), she arranged storage at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. The price was also competitive.

There were a couple of niggles on moving day - the vans turned up much later than originally advised, which caused additional cost for us (staff overtime), and an item was left behind (hence 4 rather than 5 starts - I'd happily give 4.5 if it was an option), but they arranged to move the remaining item at no charge and apologised for the issues.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend them again as these were small issues, which Annie quickly fixed.

The guys were fantastic! They organised the full packing service and move from a 5 bedroomed house with military precision (spot the navy influence) at very short notice. They were friendly, polite and professional, and approached the whole job with a real team spirit and good humour. The house we moved to has a steep front drive and a flight of steps before you get to the front door and they brought really heavy furniture up without a single complaint. We were worn out before they were, and all we were doing was unpacking! I really can’t praise Josh, Nathan and the lads enough. 5* would definitely recommend and will use again!

So, the positives. The men who came and packed up and the men who came and delivered our furniture were polite and hard working. But the rest of the experience was made extremely stressful because of the complete lack of clarity and efficiency regarding pack-up dates and then the actual removal timings. Firstly the email/phone contact told me that the company could not definitely offer us the date we wanted until literally a few days before the move. The reasons given were the ‘ferry timings and weather’. We therefore had to book extra accommodation nights in a hotel. We heard nothing in the week previous to our move, so we contacted them 5 days before, and eventually had confirmation that the move could go ahead on the date we originally requested - so a waste of money on the extra hotel night booked. Then two days before the set date, we were contacted to ask if the men could come a day early and start packing. We agreed; then they were over two hours late.
We set off driving to Switzerland, and during the journey across France we were called to ask if we could supply a list of documents!! These docs could have been asked for weeks before the move. We therefore had our journey disrupted by a stressful detour to scan and send docs, one of which required a signature so we had to ask a French business to print it out and scan it for us! It really spoilt the journey.
The comedy of errors continued then. We were told our delivery would take place at 10.00 on the date specified. We received a call on a bad line from a Polish agent at 9.30am on the day, saying it actually would be 2pm. Then a call from the drivers in Germany at 2pm to say it would be 6pm. No show. We therefore tried to call back the Polish agent: “number not in service”.
So, 8pm arrives and to add insult to injury the London contact calls, and asks me to pay the balance!! I naturally refused to pay until our furniture actually arrived. It did, at 8.30pm! Swiss law states no noise after 10pm. The men were unloading and electric screwdrivering beds together after this time, not leaving until 11.30pm. A great start for us, with our new neighbours.
I have spared the blushes of the Top Removals man in the London Office who was the organizer of this move. Truly appalling customer service and shocking inefficiency. Avoid!

I decided to go with Top Removals as I needed to move out during the difficult covid period, whilst not being there myself. I can say that I was completely satisfied by their services.

I needed to have all my belongings packed, moved and stored. Everything went accordingly and although I did worry a bit about the whole process, nothing unexpectedly happened. I also used the service to dispose some of my stuff, like food and few appliances. The guys did a great job and I was surprised how quickly they finished and packed everything up with care.

I kept in contact with Pete all this time and he was always there to answer any of my queries, questions and gave me any feedback back.

I needed to move my stuff into a different country than UK, but ultimately I changed removal companies as the quotes were slightly more priced. Had also to pay a fee for changing between companies.

I updated my review as recently I have been sorting my things out and discovered that lots of items have been missing. Jackets, some ceramic pots and 'weirdly' some of the fancier stuff. Luckily other items were there but some of them I was upset they were missing, especially if they have to do with clothing or gifts that were given by beloved friends...

Top Removals team, in particular Pete who managed the communication, is very professional. The service is extremely good, cordial and quick! Top removals helped us moving from UK to Denmark during a very ambiguous time period and they even helped us with storing our stuff for a while at a fair price. Thank you very much for being such a great company!

I cannot thank enough Pete and his team for an impeccable and marvellous job with my move from London to Trieste, for Pete's prompt communication and for giving me the peace of mind from the very beginning to the end! I did a lot of research, called and emailed a dozen of companies in London. Top Removals was the best quote on the market with the most friendly and caring approach. Last but not least, unlike many other firms on the market, Top Removals are BAR members what gave me extra security (not that I needed it!).

Let me start off by saying that I’m a student that left London in a haste to my home country in the midst of a pandemic. I had no time to pack up my studio, left and was baffled at how I could get my things back - especially since my contract with the studio will run out soon.

I needed a company that I could trust to pack up all my things and securely move them to Germany - without 3rd shipping parties that could lose my things.

The process was extremely convenient, Pete kept me informed at all times and responded very fast. Every obstacle could be resolved. Parking at my accommodation was the worst you could imagine but they still managed to make it work!

When my boxes arrived from London they all were brought upstairs in a matter of minutes. 2 days later they drove up to my house again because they had forgotten a box (happens to the best of us). I have HUGE respect for that because any other company could have lazily said “eh, whatever” and told me that I should have purchased insurance so that they could pay me back for the lost items.

I’m extremely happy with my experience (and the price!!) and will recommend the company to all my friends!

I was very impressed with the excellent and fast service with my student move from UK to Switzerland during the pandemic .I could reach them at all times (Pete) and I was always aware what was happening .The quote was very well priced .All the goods arrived in 9 days and in perfect condition ,a first for me ,after many moves abroad using some of the big name companies (very expensive) always things arrived broken .So many thanks to Pete and his team ! I have recommended you to several of my friends already .

Changes quote once I tried to book.

I was in communication with Top Removals for weeks over a move from London to Norwich. I confirmed both properties, inventories and has a set quote.

When I tried to book, they revised my quote up by a further £100. However, they said I could have the original quote if I paid the removal team on the day in cash.

I have no hesitation about recommending Top Removals for anyone wishing to move house. We had a 350 mile move from Kent to Northumberland and they executed it perfectly. We had trouble finding a removal company due to the coronavirus restrictions. However Top Removals did a video tour to asses the work and the removal guys kept a safe distance throughout the packing and unpacking. The communication about the move on the phone and email was excellent. The removal guys were very careful not to damage any of our posessions or the walls etc.and even managed to bring some things we thought would be too difficult to fit in. All in all we were very impressed and would definitely use them again.

We moved from London to Oslo and Top Removals provided us with amazing service from start to finish. They communicated and kept us informed at all stages from removal to delivery. Pete, with whom we were in touch with - replied to any queries in a very friendly and quick manner.
