I had international removal with this company from Denmark to Cambridge on 01/10/2021.
My stuff was kept in their storage the whole summer and nothing happened to it, not even a single scratch. Their team is full of enthusiasts and responsible people. I am very pleased that I used such a professional firm in something so important for me. Thanks to them I feel well-settled in my new home.

I needed a full house move from London to Suffolk. I booked two separate jobs, one to move the house contents, the other to move over 100 potted plants. The men were punctual, polite and went beyond the call of duty to do a great job. In particular, they disassembled and reassembled several complex pieces of furniture that would have taken me days to do by myself. They also wrapped several fragile items of their own accord. Excellent communications from Palmira who accepted half payment in advance and the other half on the day. The price was much more competitive than some of the other firms that I tried. Highly recommended.

Disappointed as this was on my local work related benefits site but when contacted were told that they didn't cover our area (Oxfordshire) & had no scheduled work in my area even though they advertise as being local, national and international!? Surely the scheduled work would be us at that time? Not sure then why they would be offering services within my area in the first place if not able to? Their loss of a few £K and I have reported this to the XEXEC site admin.

We cannot praise the company enough for making our move easy.  From start to finish they were professional, pleasant to deal with and efficient. The men carrying out the move went over and above to help us and to do anything they could. Highly recommend this company.
We were also stuck when it came to exchange as everywhere was booked. They fitted us in perfectly and it came out as kess than half price of the other company. Hey also made the long move in one day rather than in four stages for the other company. A+++++ on price, service, reliability and easy to deal with.

I am student in University of Southampton.I was away for the summer and I Top removals stored my luggage in their storage.They moved it into my new flat in Southampton on the 01.09.2021.Workers there are professionals and I am very pleased that I chose this company for my removal.Best of everyone in London for me.From now on I am gonna use only them.Pete the move coordinator and George the warehouse manager are the people who took care of my stuff and they did their job more than perfect.

I had a domestic removal on 08.09 with this company from Blackfair to Hammersmith.Their team is very trustworthy,reliable,workers have a lot of experience and I highly recommend this company.

Top Removals were very helpful in arranging the collection and shipping of my personal items from Switzerland to the UK. The quote provided was excellent and far better than any of their competitors.
Pete helped me through the process and made sure everything was well organised and ran smoothly.
The drivers were punctual, polite and very careful whilst loading my belongings into the van.
My items arrived much quicker than expected and Top Removals were very accommodating to liaise with my sister for the delivery.
Despite a minor hiccup, which Pete was extremely helpful in resolving, I was very happy with the service provided.

These are con people! do not use them. I booked them to move from a flat to a house 3 miles apart. They arrived late. 10 minutes into loading the van, head office calls me to say they would have to charge more because 3 pieces of furniture didn't fit in the lift (they never asked). In fact it was only the mattress that didn't go in the lift. Also, the house has no lift. Once they arrived at the new place, they refused to unload unless I paid the remaining amount (50% plus the extra added in the morning) even though it had been agreed that I would pay upon completion of the service. They even threaten to leave with all my furniture. The two people doing the loading and unloading (which don't work for the company) were ok, but Yana and Pete are bullies and rude!

What a bunch of lies!

1) you never asked if manual lifting was required above 1st floor. If you had, I'd have answered yes as the property we moved to had two floors and no lift!

2) Only 1 piece of furniture did not fit in the lift. That was the mattress, which I wouldn't call it heavy.

3) I made no offer to anyone and definitely didn't stop them calling the office. In fact they called even before I knew there an issue. The first time I knew there was an issue was Yana calling me to demand more money.

4) I did not become agitated or rude. Simply asked to be explained why the extra cost, which Yana couldn't explain and had to pass me to the manager. Bear in mind that at no point until here I was told there was a problem.

5) If there was extra costs to carry a mattress down the stairs, why wasn't I told this in the quote? I certainly never confirmed that all furniture fitted in the lift as you never asked! I did confirm that the property we were moving to had NO lift!!!!

6) On the phone there was no mention of BAR! and the only option given to me was to pay or stop the removal service.

7) I did not threaten anyone. I just wouldn't do that, it is not me. Also, there were two of them and one of me...

You are making claims about myself that are not true and making up things.

I remain by my review above and do hope that people read it and use it as caution when thinking of getting any services from you.

I relocated from Poland to the UK in July 2021 and Pete’s team moved my belongings swiftly and professionally. 1 or 2 of my boxes had a few small dents at arrival but that was down to me using fairly cheap boxes I sourced myself, and my boxes marked ‘fragile’ were pristine when they arrived. Everything was in order, nothing was damaged or lost, and the communication from Pete and his team was top notch. I never felt my belongings were in unsafe hands and the kept me in the loop and also took time and care to answer any questions I had in a fast, courteous and informative way. Absolutely happy with the firm and the service provided.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish!

I had a great experience using this company moving from England to Norway. Very friendly and helpful people on email and phone! All my things were in perfect condition and they had a faster delivery than I expected. I can definitely recommend the company.

Simply amazing. I had booked in another company but they let me down the week before. It couldn't have been a better silver lining finding Top Removals. They were quick, lovely, careful and cheaper. I will 100% be using them again.

Very polite and helpful customer service. Response was very satisfactory, given the current health emergency, the team arrived on time and worked very hard throughout the move, followed our instructions and made sure we are happy until the very ending.
Definitely would recommend to all of my friends and family!

We were moving from a large 4 bed and booked packing and moving. They had a video survey a few months before the move and sent two large vans. On thé plus side the lady on the phone was polite and two of the four men were cheerful and nice. But I could write a book on how bad this company was.
Arrived in a bad mood. We were nice, tried to cheer them up, bought drinks and snacks, packed and carried alongside them where we could. But the boss (photo of his younger self on the side of the truck) and his sidekick were always grumpy, dismissive of our belongings and cared for nothing. They had no idea how to protect furniture. No blankets or wrapping of antiques. They chipped and bashed our antiques assuming, as they were old and not perfect, this was ok. They took more care of our £300 TV than our £3000 cabinets. They even stuck packing tape directly to an antique cabinet with gold leaf, stripping the gold from the cabinet in the process. When I complained, the boss said “It wasn’t me, don’t worry.” Later he aggressively said “Show me the damage”. I had thoughtfully taken a photo of the tape and damage as it occurred, so I showed this to him. He then had a huff and I had to apologise to his sidekick before they agreed to move it. Adding insult to injury they added over 50% to the bill on the day of the move having confirmed on packing day, the day before, that there would be no extra charges. But by then, all your stuff is in boxes, the boss had gone home and the nice lady had no authority, the vans are half loaded and they had us over a barrel. In summary, unprofessional and unscrupulous. Don’t use this firm unless you don’t care about life! Just horrific.
