This has been, without question, the worst business experience I’ve ever dealt with. I rented a Ferrari under clear terms, returned it exactly as required, and stayed within the mileage limit — yet the company still gave me completely fabricated fees.

They ended up charging me an outrageous total of around $10,000 in unjustified add-ons. To be absolutely clear, I consider this money effectively taken from me without any legitimate basis. Every attempt to get an explanation has been met with evasive behavior, inconsistent stories, or complete silence.

And now, in an even more absurd twist, they’re inventing a false claim that I exceeded the mileage limit by a huge margin. This is simply not true. They refuse to show any real proof because they don’t have any. Their behavior is dishonest and absolutely unacceptable.

What’s even more suspicious is that their Google business profile — which had a one-star rating and pages of complaints — has suddenly disappeared. Instead of fixing their terrible service, it looks like they just erased the evidence of how many customers were speaking out against them.

I’ve never encountered a company that operates with such a blatant lack of transparency, integrity, or respect for its customers. I walked away feeling deceived, exploited, and financially wiped out for no legitimate reason. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

The contact was responsive when we booked and leading up to the date and when required. Thank you so much as this was particularly special time, as it was our wedding weekend in Tuscany.
