Wanted a simple, fixed, 180 x 90 four corner legs dining table. Not as straightforward as I imagined but Karl in the Dartford branch was very helpful, so helpful we bought a matching sideboard. Both readily available, delivered quickly, on time, into a second floor flat by two equally helpful lads from Uttoxeter. Seems solid, practical furniture. Can recommend unreservedly.

Andy&scott were really pleasant and helpful when delivering our Toulouse bedroom furniture which i absolutely love will definitely use this sight again thank you.

We have bought several items from Top Furniture and have been pleased with them all. Today’s delivery of a Toulouse two over two chest of drawers was delivered with care to our room of choice by Tony & Simon.
Tony messaged me the day before advising the more specific delivery time slot and we are really pleased with the service provided .
Communication is very good and we were also emailed by admin staff to check that our delivery day was convenient.
It was nice to see a friendly face as Tony has delivered to us before .
We recommend Top Furniture products and the friendly and efficient delivery service .

Not really happy with the service from this company to be honest. I placed an order for breakfast bar chairs over a month ago and was told I would receive them in 15 days never received them. Email said August. Phoned customer services who kindly phoned me back to say I would receive them by 10th August but seen email which has changed date yet again to 15 days after 29th August. Why take the order if you can’t deliver. I think we will be searching elsewhere for these as clearly we aren’t going to get them any time soon. No proper communication from this company I have to find my order email to get an update.

Amazing service again, Matt and Mark were really helpful. Updated regarding time of delivery. This is our 3rd delivery in the past month and the service has been consistent. The furniture is beautiful for the price so heavy. The bonus is already built and several bargains at the moment.

Great experience from start to delivery. The items are quality wood and construction. They feel really robust and comfortable. The communication about delivery was prompt and efficient and the delivery by Mark and Matt exemplary with advice on the unrapping and use with the items delivered to room of choice. No hesitation on using again.

Overall excellent experience, waited alittle while until TV unit came back in stock, but well worth the wait. Kept me up to date with delivery dates available, gave me a heads up on day of delivery so I'm not waiting unnecessarily. TV unit was well packaged, set item in the room required. Andy and Scott very friendly and professional.
