Brought a car from this garage in February 2025. I paid over £11000 for the car in question.

3 months in to buying it started having issues. Contacted them within my 3 month warranty FROM THE GARAGE to be passed of to “oh no its RAC warranty”, So they refused to have any involvement and I went down the warranty route.

Once the garage had diagnosed the MULTIPLE problems with the car was then told the warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear bearing in mind I’ve only travelled 5000 in this car.

The wear in tear in question is

Pistons needed sorting - wear and tear
Radiator brackets completely snapped off - wear and tear
Radiator hose faulty and needed replacing - wear and tear
Oil was like caramel throughout the whole car - also apparently wear and tear even though it came with an MOT from the garage who apparently didn’t even carry out an emissions check as he would of noticed the oil so currently trying to find out who did the MOT.
Tow bar putting pressure on to the suspension - wear and tear

Currently in the space of 3 months this car has cost nearly £2000 to get working again and that’s just the problems that have been found so far.

This isn’t the first time this has happened. The same garage have done it to multiple people just check the other reviews. All the same being sold cars that haven’t even had a once over to make sure their road worthy.

Unless you want a massive whole in your pocket go somewhere else because they couldn’t care less it’s all about money. Not even safety comes in to it

My son bought a car from here just over a week ago and from the initial viewing to purchase completion, everything was brilliant. The salesman (Paul) was really friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
Would highly recommend.
