Really sad about my Topshop Jamie Jeans Purchase.

Firstly, the advertised Boxing Day 10% discount code did not work at checkout. When the jeans arrived the quality is so poor now. I still own some of the older pairs of Jamie jeans from a year or 2 ago and the material now is thinner, more elastic, the sizing varies, even the stitching isn’t as good, and the waste hem is less than half the thickness.

I loved these jeans they were my go too’s but unfortunately I’m going to have to shop elsewhere in future. Such a shame, literally nothing is made to last these days, they still charge the same premium pricing though.

Appalling customer service. I purchase 2 buttoned down cardigans and they peeled terribly after 2/3 wears. I tried to return them as faulty and sent photographicevidence to be told it was caused by wear and tear. After spending an hour on a chat they finally sent me a returns label. I've received no acknowledgement and I'm still waiting to hear. No option to escalate or speak to anyone. Extremely disappointed and used to love Top shop. Will not purchase from them again

The worst delivery and customer service- they should just stick to asos.

Ordered an item twice and both times they never arrived yet I had no post updates or anything.

Absolutely awful. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Am trying to return one item. Their returns form is broken and the collection date field doesn’t work. Their live chat is automated and can’t understand my issue. I literally can’t return the item. Just need a royal mail label.

Terrible customer service for returning a faulty item - received return not acknowledged, I’ve had to chase after over 2 weeks, then I’m told it’s going to take another 10 days for my refund to be received. No, I’m fighting for my postage cost back! I’m not shopping here again!

I ordered five items on Black Friday as I was excited to shop with Topshop again. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered to my collection point because they refused to accept it. I’m extremely disappointed, as I wasn’t given any option to change the delivery address or select another collection point. I placed this order while travelling and genuinely needed the clothes.

I then received an email saying I would be refunded after 10 days, why is it taking this long, I didn’t receive the items.Despite having paid over £5 for next-day delivery, I received nothing.

On top of that, when I tried to contact Topshop through web chat, their colleague ended the conversation after telling me to wait for a manager, just disrespectful.

This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing. With this level of customer service, they should not be back online. What kind of customer service is this?

Yeah, as much as I'd love to buy direct from Topshop (my favourite when I was younger...a lot of nostalgia)...their new site is terrible. There's hardly anything on there. But because their having a sale atm, I tried to order from them and their website just stopped working. I have gone straight to ASOS as I trust them more, and ordered the exact garments I wanted.

DO NOT ORDER. Online returns do not work. I have tried over ten times to use the portal. It doesn't let you proceed. I have tried to call numbers and find emails, non exist online. The online chat service is a bot. This company is a scam and I will be opening a credit card dispute for the full amount.

Appalling service, cannot speak to anyone. Tried to return an item within the 28 days only to be told that because the order date was not outside the 28 days they wouldn't accept it back. Customer service was non-existent and clearly just repeating lines in a script! Avoid ordering from Topshop if you think you may want to return an item.

Order gone missing - delivered to mystery house. Photo doesn’t match address. No way of contacting as help function doesn’t work . Rubbish as before

Site a fuir difficile d avoir une facture via manomano depuis je suis harcelé et menaces de la part d un Vincent du site Topshop..
Je vous conseille de fuir leur produit fabriqué a l étrangers........

Sono dei truffatori!!! Ho acquistato una borsa da spiaggia Saint Barth pagando alla consegna euro 94,00. Ho ricevuto una borsa diversa (avevo ordinato una a righe marroni ed ho ricevuto una blu con limoni gialli). Cosa ancora più grave, la borsa è un evidente falso!!! Falsissimo! Di scarsissima qualità, senza il marchio dentro e di materiale scadente! Una vera truffa! L’assistenza è sparita, non rispondono ai miei messaggi whatsapp né alle mail. Nella scatola della consegna non vi è l’indirizzo del mittente. Farò la denuncia alla polizia postale!

Qualche settimana fa ho ricevuto i fari ordinati! I fari sono piu' belli di come li immaginavo e la luce che fanno è formidabile . Con pochissimi soldi ho illuminato il mio piazzale di 30 mt . Grazie siete stati bravissimi e seri anche nei tempi di consegna. Grazie sicuramente ordinerò ancora nel vostro negozio . Samantha Burnelli

Truffatori,ho acquistato la piscina decantata di facebook,mi è arrivata una piscinetta per cani. State attenti a non pagare con carta di credito, mi hanno prelevato due volte fortunatamente cifre modeste per non dare nell'occhio con AUTHCAPTURE.COM.Ho bloccato la carta

They refused to make my brand new top back even though I have only tried it on briefly. Just awful customer service.
