Ik heb besteld een 'Steering Wheel' besteld. Maar ik kreeg 'stalen frame' ipv een 'kunststof frame' die ik niet besteld had.
Ik stuurde de Steering Wheel retour.
Maar ik hoorde niets, 3 maal toe en 2x invulformulier.
Net van dit alles.
Ik belde maar ik kreeg een Voice Mail en ik WhatApp te en ik kreeg een mailadres via de mail, die had ik al gestuurd.
Ik wilde de bestelling die ik gedaan had, maar ik kreeg niets.
Dank je wel 'Torque Alliance' ik heb betaald €63,- + aangetekend post.

seller not honouring the warranty
I bought a toaster from them in ebay, and it failed 8 months ago. I've tried to contact them so they can honour the warranty, but never got an answer. I won't be buying any product they sell ever again.
