Very bad quality . I bought one jacket and after all my stufs became dirty and black . I don’t know how this brand has some clients . Horrible .I can’t understand how European let this brand come to the region . It’s really not deserved.

I got bag 2 months ago and its leather start coming off already and even i tried calling customer service for help and even visit store nobody help me.Get so irrirated from their services....They told me somebody will help me out its been like month i'm waiting nobody contacted me.Very bad customer service and their products as well.I will recommed not to buy tory burch.

Extremely disappointed in the bag I received as a gift. I have used it for two weeks and it's falling apart. Pictures do not lie. I am beyond sad.

Ordered a bracelet early Feb for my daughter. It stated in stock online. Waited 14 days for a despatch notice, nothing appeared. Contacted them to be told it wasn't in stock but it would be due to them, around 18 March, that date came and went...still nothing . Contacted them again this time they said 12th April due into their DC- "not long now". 19th April contacted them again !!!! Just received an email we are no longer getting the item back in stock even though a week before it was allegedly being shipped to me. Premium priced items ... with a basic discount level of service. Time to upgrade your purchasing / buying dept TB!

Everything I have ever purchased from Tory burch has become discolored withing a couple of wears. CHEAPPP quality, overpriced. I bought a pair of cream slides on Friday, wore them once, already discolored. ANother white pair of sandals became discolored after a handful of wears thats $600 down the drain, I got a purse as a gift and the gold on the fastener rubbed off within a wear or two. Just complete garbage cheapy stuff.

Do NOT buy this brand. The Quality is POOR, the service is POOR. I ordered online and was told, not a problem with returns. The size did not fit and I went to the store to return it ( I was told I could do that ) I was told "we can give you a credit or exchange only ", I was furious. I returned the item and found they did not refund me fully. I called and was told you have to pay shipping and any duties, we don't refund that. I keep hearing other stories about this BRAND, my sister bought earrings, ridiculous price, they tarnished and broke, this is Made in China dollar store stuff, this is NO LUXURY BRAND, this has been marketed as such. It is garbage wrapped up in a shiny bow. Don't waste your money!!!

To my disappointment that my new Tory Burch orange tote did not last long. With the material peeling off all along the opening of the bag, it looks awful and could not be able to use it again.

Absolutely terrible customer service from ordering to delivery. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for my wife online since they offer a 15% discount for new customers and free gift wrapping and delivery. However, the 15% online code doesn’t work, the delivery was late and not as promised online, the gift wrapping did not happen and my order arrived like it was from a factory outlet store with hole in the paper bag. Finally, the personal message I write for my wife was not included. I called the helpline to complain and wrote an online message but the message won’t get sent! Nothing works. Do not buy!

Placed an online order on December 28, 2022, and as of February 28, I still don't have my order. Some time in January, they canceled one of my items without informing me. Now, the expected shipping date of the rest of my order is March 28th. No notification or explanation whatsoever. I'm hoping that my order does in fact ship in March because it is a gift for my friend whose birthday is in April! One wouldn't think that such a "high end" company would have such horrible customer service! By online at your own risk!

Very terrible experience in store. And you can not get refunds if you want to return the item and the sales will not tell you that you can not get refunded.

Worst online buying experience. My 2nd time buying from Tory Burch online and again postponed my order. Seems like it will be no stock again! Wonder will I ever get to buy any item online from them. This will be my last time trying. They won’t contact you to let you know postponed or out of stock , you will need to contact them to ask for updates! Never again !

223 REGENT STREET made me feel special the way she helped choose my classic shoes. She was so genuine and recommended a shoe that matched my structure. Very professional and friendly.

I had similar experience as one of the customer here - K M. I ordered TB bag for my birthday. However the handle of the bag I received was badly damaged. I requested either get a new handle or exchange the bag locally. Then I was told international order can only be returned. Eventually I was out of pocket 141aud for shipping +tax+ insurance. Overall 141aud I bought big disappointment for my birthday. I would suggest try your best to avoid this brand online shopping.

Delayed response to emails felt like I was being ignored. When shipment arrived the item was inferior quality. Either returned item or display was shipped despite being told it was brand new. Follow up and returns process was painful and I was out of pocket from shipping and customs charges. 15% discount code was offered as compensation for inconvenience, which basically company wins and customer loses. So disappointing and not the level of service expected to be associated with this brand

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered a bag nearly a month ago, multiple phone calls chasing this and when I put in a formal complaint about this, they just cancelled the order. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to gamble your money! Absolutely useless!

Do not buy anything from this company. Everything they sell is fake thats why its so cheap. I contacted the company via email a week ago ask for a refund and haven't heard anything back. I am now £160 out of pocket. I wish trustpilot would let you give a lower score than 1 star.

Today my wife and I went into Tory Burch and were highly impressed by one of the employees. His name was Rodrigo Gutierrez from the La-Cantera store. We were not sure what we wanted to purchase as gifts, and he was extremely helpfull with his knowledge and expertise of the merchandise. We greatly appreciated his patience for all our questions and how freindly and personable he was. We wish more sales people could have the professionalism and personality of Rodrigo Gutierrez.
