I have returned some Hoggs of Fife Trousers via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, they received the parcel some 2 weeks ago, I have still not received a refund, they have been ignoring emails, messages via their website "contact us" page, and never answer the phone, I left three voicemial messages this week, no one ever gets back to you, they have your money, its not only fruadulant, its just plain rude in the business sense.

Like others I wish I had read the reviews first!
Ordered an electric fencer as below on Wednesday the 9th April. Note the 'Faster Delivery 2 -5 Business Days.' Chased it up on Wednesday the 16th of April and was told my order had been picked but not dispatched. I was assured I would have it on the Friday or Saturday. This is now Friday the 24th of April and there's no sign of it. Calls are not being answered, left messages are not responded to.

Easy fast efficient service, ordered a jacket and it was with me the next day, what is not to like about the service I received.

I didn’t receive the product that I paid for and was supposed to be delivered. And then when I requested a refund I was then ignored. Absolutely pathetic. !

I ordered some pet suntan cream from this company. I did not receive a confirmation email so I have no invoice. They took the money from my bank account! The product has not arrived. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages. Do not use they will take your money but the product never comes!

I have never received my purchased item. I’ve contacted you on numerous occasions. Still waiting for a response.

Please, all I want is a refund as now I had to go elsewhere.

Easy to order, kept informed every step of the way and delivery was super fast, in time for a birthday the next day.

Lovely choice, great prices ans delivery within 7 days

I placed my order for a Hoggs of fife fleece on *Sunday around 4pm* but had intended to buy the Gillet version, my mistake.
I attempted to cancel within half an hour but as declined, presumably by an automatic process, disappointing.
No answer to phone next day, email.
Goods arrived however in good order after follow up.. an impromptu birthday present for somebody 😕

Order didn't arrive during expected time so contacted and replacement sent out same day and received the very next day

After not receiving my first order. I did get to speak to Anthony who was very helpful and has very kindly resent my first lost order. Thank you so much for fixing this. I received the order today. This could be a great company. Website is great. I feel the company needs to look at their customer experience. Thanks again

Great knowledge of the products being sold and very reasonable

I Have only had the boots a few week but so far they seem good and waterproof. Perfect riding and walking keeping feet dry and warm.

Because of the wonderful British weather and owning a cocker spaniel who needs lots of outdoor activity I bought a Kaiwaka waterproof coat from Total Farm Supplies. It is to date the best waterproof I have ever owned. The company were very helpful regarding sizing for the coat, delivery was timely and the item was well packaged.
It was also very well priced in comparison to other suppliers.

Order some Hoggs of Fife clothing last week for my Dad and it arrived promptly and on time for his birthday. Very pleased with the quality and level of service from this company. I will definitely be using again.

Have attempted 2 orders with this firm.
Both times have never received the order, and got refund back through credit card company.

Gave benefit the first was just problematic.

It seems not, unable to send through the order.

They do send an email asking how they did! So here I am.

Would not recommend as not worth time and hassle.

superfast delivery. best price by mile. invoice was lost by me or wasn't sent.. quick phone call and it was sorted and within 0ne minute the invoice had been emailed to me. easy people/company to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order on 24th February and paid for item, money taken from my account. I never received a confirmation order so called to enquire. I have called at least ten times, no one ever answers. I've left four voicemails asking then to contact me....nothing. I've sent a message via their website....nothing. I've emailed them and still, you've guessed it, NOTHING! So I'm over £170 out of pocket and feel I need to warn others not to use this website. I just wished I'd checked on Trustpilot before placing my order! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Shocked! Spent almost £400 on a coat , they were perfectly able to send me a receipt and 3 weeks later no sign of any coat ! They won’t return any calls, despite leaving messages and no emails are replied to either.
Update, after reading this review they replied and said they would issue a refund. So for that I am grateful
