Excellent service. We wanted to be able to watch French TV after our latest visit to France, and found Totalsat on the internet. The system arrived in just a few days, and Nab arranged for a local company in Wiltshire to install the satellite dish for a fixed price. Quick support also for any questions that I have had. I would thoroughly recommend Totalsat.

I've been using TotalSat for many years and wasn't disappointed when I had to call again recently. Our TNTSAT receiver failed so I called TotalSat who knew exactly what I wanted but wouldn't sell it to me until I'd described the symptoms of the existing box and thus confirmed that we really needed a new one.

I've been a customer of Total Sat for more than 5 years and I can say that
every dealing I have had with them has been never less than excellent. I can think of no other company with a customer service to compare in terms of excellence.

In January 2011, Totalsat installed a satellite dish and tuned in a satellite box in my home in North Kent so that I could receive French television. The two installers came on a Saturday afternoon to carry out the work, sparing no time to fit the dish in the least obtrusive place on the roof and then spent sufficient time to explain how the remote controls of the TV and satellite worked. A month later, the satellite box developed a fault; I received very comprehensive telephone support to help sort out the issue. However, when Totalsat realised the satellite box had developed a fault, they advised me on how to return it free of charge and sent me a new one within a week. Everything is now working wonderfully well and I cannot recommend enough a company that has such an excellent and caring after sales approach. Keep up the good work ethics!

Totalsat recently supplied and installed for us, TIVU Sat, the Italian satellite TV & radio system (dish, box and smart card). I'm delighted with the set up, picture quality and overall service. I was particularly impressed with the fact that their installers were willing/able to position the dish in am unobtrusive place on our flat roof putting it out of sight from ground level. Danny SW14

I am a full-time mum / teacher and have little time to spend but I do feel I have to find the time to send you a summary of HOW FANTASTIC TotalSat. have been with us. We ordered a few months ago a receiver to enable us to watch French television. We already owned a satelite dish so we only need the receiver. After several attempts, it became clear that our dish was no longer working. But in the meantime, one of TotalSat employer (called Naiem) was good enough to spend ... ages on the phone with me trying to find a way of getting the correct signal for our receiver. We eventually got a new dish and are now "glued" to our TV set, TOTALLY DELIGHTED to be able to watch our usual French channels. I must say that the service we received from this company is simply EXCEPTIONAL and that if such service could be found in every shop / website, our world would be an amazing one to live in. I do sincerely hope you will take notice of my review as I do not praise people so easily but certainly feel this is worth it.
