Tools were ok, delivery charge which wasn't shown until the order was placed was excessive, being polite.

First bucket came broken in transit, contacted Phil he replaced straight away no problems atall, top people to deal with and quality products.

Great company, awesome communication. We have been using the board stands for the last three months with no problems.

Put to use the next day for a mortar mix - so much better than using a sheet of wood with the mix falling of the edge. One of the few suppliers to state what material it was made from. Shipped promptly with very good communication. Very pleased, thanks.

Picked up one of Tough Tools on site very impressed with the quality of the equipment for carrying out a tricky complex job! couldn’t fault the end outcome by using Tough Tools product’s!.

All but one of the 8 or so 60 litre buckets I’ve ordered have already broke . Theirs handles have come off. Making them much harder to use . I think including delivery I was paying around £32 a bucket (around £15 more expensive then the last time I bought them ). For that price I expect a lot more toughness from my tools . Have you changed the design in the last 8years ?

as i work for a adult learning colluge were we do /plumbing/gas/plastering/carpentry/etc
access training wales .
so i tried these guys out quite a quick del and product looks good will now more when we start to use the mixing buckets, but so far so good

Brilliant bit of kit.. saved hours on a job.
