Tour Eiffel レビュー 

Empezó con algo de retraso. El contenido estaba bien pero podría haber estado mejor. Para mi gusto demasiada gente, pero son cosas del turismo.

Mais que c'est moche ! Notre belle tour Eiffel, symbole de notre nation n'est devenue qu'une pâle fumisterie. On n'accède pas a la tour Eiffel sans sortir le porte monnaie. C'est sale, des déchets partout. Et surtout, pickpocket, vendeurs a la sauvette et arnaqueurs avec des jeux d'argent du 18 ème siècle. On croit rêver !! Ma fille avait étudier la tour Eiffel en classe et quelle ne fut pas sa déception de voir que c'est sale. Nous préférons partir pour l'admirer de loin plutôt que de subir cette ambiance pesante. Quant au café a 8€ a 50 mètres de la tour, je n'en parle même pas.

Dreadful. I had tickets to visit the monument with my 4y old son. On site, I was denied access by extra rude security staff because of my son’s 3 wheel scooter (even when I offered to fold it and put in a bag). There is no reference to kids scooters in the list of unauthorised items, which I tried to argue in vain. At the same time, one of the security members told me the ice cream lady next door can keep it for 10€. I had no choice I didn’t want to loose our expensive tickets, I paid and left the scooter to the ice cream lady (which seems to be a well organised racket) and came back to the queue with my 4y old, totally distressed. I tried to ask some sort of proof which they obviously didn’t have, they kept saying “we have instructions”. At some point, one of them pointed to the picture of rollers saying here it is, wheels it’s the same thing .. when I tried to explain it’s not quite the same thing, the situation went out of control. The main security guard started threatening me “you stop busting my b..” (in French), I was so shocked I took my phone out to record the scene but only managed a picture before his female colleague snatched it from my hands and deleted the picture and threatened to deny me and my son access (all this in front of the long queue of people and my 4y old in tears). The man continued shouting at me in an extremely agressive manner. Once inside the site, I asked to see a manager who was very professional and helpful. He confirmed there is no restrictions for kids scooters and offered to leave it next to the pushchairs. The security team outside are contractors and independent of the main site staff. Shocking, disgusting, pityfull… ruined my day and my experience of Paris…

El sábado a las 00:12( día 27-1-23) hice una reserva online, en la pagina oficial de La TOUR EIFFEL, para comprar unas entradas de acceso por ascensor a la misma, para mí y mi hija. Cual fue mi sorpresa que una vez aceptado el cobro, retenido el dinero en mi cuenta, y con el email correspondiente de la reserva, recibo otro email al cabo de un buen rato, sin ningún tipo de explicación cancelando dicha reserva. Diciendo que vuelva a realizarla, cuando esto es imposible ya que a esa hora ya estaban agotadas todas las entradas para ese mismo día y en las mimas condiciones. He hablado con atención al cliente y muy amablemente NO ME DAN NINGUNA SOLUCION, mas allá de la promesa de devolverme el dinero. Cuando en ningún momento me dan explicación y ni me dan ningún motivo, solo que mi reserva no existe(a pesar de demostrarles que yo si la realicé). Sin embargo todas las paginas no oficiales, sí disponen de entradas, pero con unos precios muy por encima del oficial. ME PARECE VERGONZOSO QUE NO DEN SOLUCIÓN cuando yo hice todo correctamente y que la única opción que tengo ahora sea hacer la cola de compra de entradas(perdiendo varias horas de mi día) o comprarla en las paginas NO OFICIALES de tickets, por mucho mas del doble del precio oficial.

Nous sommes montés à la Tour Eiffel vendredi 24/11 avec un enfant de 3 ans . Nous avons pu prendre l’ascenseur après deux heures d’attente et sommes montés au sommet . Sommes redescendus après moins d’une heure d’attente . Que de l’attente que l’on paye très chère pour une simple vue . Bref, cependant je souhaite aviser les visiteurs de l’importance de cet avis : notre fille a dû aller aux urgences pédiatriques, après un appel du SAMU75, suite à un mal d’oreille insoutenable et insupportable dans la nuit de ce 24/11. Résultat du médecin urgentiste: UN TYMPAN PERFORÉ !!!!! Donc merci pour ce manque de sensibilisation , surtout pour de jeunes parents !!!!

Very bad service, don’t buy tickets in advance you still have to stand in the queue for hours! Even the glas of champagne is it Not worth! Stay away from this bucket list attraction😡

Site incontournable de Paris, visite avec les enfants , la vue du deuxième étage est grandiose, un bon moment !
Dommage que notre visite ait été gâchée par un membre du personnel de contrôle raciste ( âge: fin de la cinquantaine/ début soixantaine, entrée sud), qui s’est écrié en voyant mon neveu de couleur noire «  allez tu avances Mamadou »

Find something else to do in Paris that doesn't involve handing over your money to these crooks. When you buy a ticket for a specific date/time, DON'T believe that you'll actually be granted access to the tower at approximately the time you reserved - you'll be granted access to the **waiting area under the tower** - it'll possibly take *FAR* longer before you're allowed in/on the tower itself.. On the day of our visit, we had tickets to visit at 14:00. We arrived 20 mins early (at their suggestion) to allow time for security. Once inside security but still on the ground under the tower, we found a sign for "14:00 session" so got in the line there. At about 14:10 an official came and moved our line to end of another very long line. From this new line we could see signs saying that our wait time to enter the tower was another 1 hour - given the length of the line and the speed at which it was moving, I'd say that was an optimistic estimate. It was awfully hot (July) to be waiting on black asphalt for an extra 1.5 hours - or more - past our reserved time. We had other activities planned for later in the day with timed entries - activities that couldn't tolerate an unexpected 1.5h wait - so we left without actually entering the tower. Of all of the timed entry tickets that we had for various Paris attractions, all granted us entry to the attraction at the reserved time EXCEPT for the Eiffel Tower ticket. The reason for the extra waiting is apparent - the greedy folks who run the Eiffel Tower are selling tickets as fast as they can. When you arrive with your timed reservation ticket, you'll go thru security using a line for people who already have tickets. But you'll also see another much longer line where they are selling tickets for people who don't already have them. The result is that the area inside of security is thronged with people - more people than the tower can accommodate - the Eiffel Tower people have your money, so it's tough luck for you - you can wait and extra hour or two. What was the point of having a reserved entry time if they can't honor it? I asked them via email for a refund, they refuse.

Excellent experience. Buy your tickets well in advance so that you avoid the huge queue. We could only get tickets for the stairs up to the second area, but it was no problem, you can walk the stairs as slow or fast as you want and buy refreshments and sit before you take in the views. The views are amazing and so is the Tower.

Un véritable dépotoir que ce soit sur la tour Eiffel si on regarde un peu en bas sur les promontoires, des travaux partout, des barrières partout, des vendeurs africains qui vendent des tour Eiffel il y en a des dizaines en bas qui vous harcèlent.
Sur le pont sur les côtés de la ville partout c'est un véritable dépotoir.
C'est vraiment dégoûtant ça a bien changé en 25 ans plus jamais je n'y remettrai les pieds et je dirai à tout le monde de ne jamais y aller mais plutôt de regarder par internet sur le virtuel mais certainement pas d'y aller.
C'est par contre c'est pas mettre des photos mais vous verriez la saleté et l'urine ça pue partout.

Magnifique. Prenez votre courage à deux mains et essaye d'aller au dernier étage.

Wir waren Pfingsten oben. Nicht ganz billig aber einzigartig.

I enjoyed visiting the Eiffel Tower. It's a nice tower. It's made of steel. It's not made of wood.

Il n'y a pas de endroit plus magnifique à Paris que la tour eiffel.

Magnifique monument ! Vive la dame de fer !
