Had Keith come out from Tower Heating to fix our boiler today after if developed a leak and then the heating packed in. Fabulous experience. Keith was polite and got straight to the job. Boiler fixed and further service arranged. Brilliant service.

Had a new boiler fitted by Tower Heating. Thomas Bonner and Oli Murphy were our engineers. They were very professional, tidy and efficient. I would always recommend Tower Heating

Amazing service. Honest, reliable and a job well done. Can’t thank Tower Heating enough. We found them through a well known consumer advice magazine scheme for trusted traders, they had ten years worth of positive reviews. So glad they actually lived up to this, we initially called up and spoke to a professional, knowledgeable and courteous person over the phone and then then a prompt, efficient and honest engineer fixed our boiler issue. From now on we will using this company to service our boiler and other gas appliances annually. It’s sad we ended up finding them in difficult circumstances after a shocking experience with a national boiler cover insurance company. But it’s renewed our faith that there are local, reliable businesses out there. In our experience we now realise it works out better value for us to pay a local, reliable company with expert knowledge like this for annual boiler service and put our previous subscriptions for boiler cover insurance in the bank each month. We can then use these to cover our future services with this company or replace our boiler when the times comes and we would go straight to Tower Heating to do this, Thanks again for restoring our faith and our heating. It may have seemed like a small thing Tower Heating but it was a big deal to us.

This company is the epitome of excellence right from Lorraine who initially answered the phone!
She understood exactly why we couldn't be without heating and set the wheels in motion.
We were contacted the same day and the Engineer came to install a new boiler as soon as it came from the suppliers.
The Engineer was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and happily answered any questions we had.
He stayed until the job was finished and even cleaned up any debris.
This is THE Company to go to.

Tower heating fitted a new boiler for us in December and it has been brilliant. The guys were so friendly and helpful and talked me through how everything worked. They followed covid guidelines and cleaned up after themselves and also checked whether I was ok throughout the day and kept me up to date with what they were doing. The boiler was a reasonable price and great quality! I would definitely recommend tower heating to my friends and family. The whole process was fantastic!

Tower heating fitted my new boiler just over 12 months ago. It’s been fantastic and their service was great. So much so they have now fitted my mums new boiler and she has had excellent service. Staff are so professional, tidy, work hard and are very informative.
