Highly recommended second time for me selling my phone their prices are higher than most 👍

Good price and very smooth process. Would certainly use them again over Gazelle, who renegs on their deals!

Recently ordered an IPhone 8 on 02/24/2020 which was on a Monday and it shipped the same day I ended up getting it Wednesday the 26th of February so shipping was only 2 days and was very fast and I got the phone in the good condition. It looks brand new, no scratches, no smudges or cracks it was in perfect condition. I’ve had the phone for about a week now and it works perfectly I got it unlocked so I just took it to metro pcs and got service with no issues. I love my phone with trademore, this was my very first time ordering through them and this definitely won’t be my last!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars! I ordered an iPhone from them through Amazon. They shipped FedEx requiring a signature (not that Trademore mentioned that in the shipping details). FedEx delivered while I was out, and took the phone back to the facility for pick up. However, when I went to pick up the phone, I was told the shipper (Trademore) had to authorize me to pick it up. I contacted Trademore over and over again to ask them to authorize in-person pick up but they kept telling me they couldn't change the settings, or that Amazon or FedEx would have to change the settings.

The customer service people were terrible, and would literally repeat what I told them in a previous email. Me: "I need you to authorize me to pick up the phone." Them: "You need to go pick up your phone." Still trying to get my phone, but it is going to be returned to them by FedEx tomorrow. Who knows if I'll get my money back. Do yourself a favor and go with Decluttr or Gazelle (or even Craigslist) if you are buying tech, they are literally the worst company on the market.

Update: After I publicly posted about them on Trustpilot, they got back to me right away! They told me they had arranged pick up of the phone at a FedEx facility. When I called FedEx to confirm they said that nobody had called from Trademore, and that my phone was still not available for pick up. So apparently they didn't do anything at all. I had to file a complaint with Amazon to get my money back. If negative stars were possible I'd give those.

Quick shipping instructions. Received more money than my quote. E Mastercard hooked up some Amazon goods.

Trademore makes selling your device very easy. The web site is user friendly. Their trade in prices are higher than most. The entire process is quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience with TradeMore that I felt compelled to do so. My daughter damaged a 6-month old iPhone that Apple would not accept for trade in. Most of the other companies I contacted wouldn't even quote me a price for it. Not only did TradeMore offer me something for it, they ended up sending me a check for about 50% more than what they quoted. They clearly didn't have to send me 1 penny more than they promised and demonstrated a great deal of integrity in doing so. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a phone.

The good - free shipping, quick analysis, and quick payment for 5 smart phones.

The bad - although the same note was in each of the 5 phones sent back, asking for the Mastercard gift cards to be combined into one gift card, this was not done. I now have 5 gift cards (and they are not good everywhere on the internet that takes Mastercards)

The ugly - I've got 5 gift cards totaling $171. However, I cannot make a $171 dollar purchase.My gift cards are for $30, $30, $30, #36, and $45. None of them can be combined for a purchase larger than any given gift card.

The above comments are not the end. After I posted them I was contacted by a Trademore rep, and everything was worked out to my satisfaction. While I was not particularly happy with the initial result, I am now quite impressed with the high level of customer service offered by Trademore in their effort to work everything out for me. All of their payments wee consolidated for me, and in a short amount of time. Very good Trademore.

I was so pleased at the quick turn-around for my trade in. This company does what it promises to do.

I've been using them since October 2018 and have no complaints and I mail them MANY devices. If i don't receive a payment they escalate and I receive it 1-2 days and if they feel the phone is worth more, they give me more. Very trustworthy

Do not do business with this company! I was quoted $250 for my Iphone and received half of that price from them without even receiving an email inquiring if I even would accept that offer, which I wouldn’t have. My second phone they reduced by another amount and I rejected the offer but still haven’t received it back. They do not have a number you can call to inquire about your property, just an email. That is totally archaic and shady. Run as fast as you can, don’t send anything to them.

Very disappointed in company and service. They say that the phone I sent in was a different model and the offer was rescinded. I just got that model from Consumer Cellular and turned around to upgrade and needed to sell the Moto E5 play, which they said is not the model. Go figure what they are thinking. Very disappointed with overall activity with this company.

They incorrectly classified my phone as a Pixel 2 instead of a 3a and knocked my trade in down. Astonishing. If they can't even tell the difference between two phones (especially since the orange button on the side is a dead giveaway for the Pixel 3as) then how do you expect them to properly gauge your trade in?

Avoid them at all cost. Instead, you should trade your phone in directly to your carrier or just sell it.

I filled in their questions 100% honest.
Accepted their $7 offer figuring it was better than NOT recycling.
Then they write back telling me my device is worth $0 as if I lied.
They spent more in postage than just paying me my $7 but it's their loss.
