Started off great

Started off great. Quality of clothes good. Delivery times great. Unfortunately I had to return an item with their Royal mail tracked label. The goods have not been received by them and now communication has stopped and I still do not have my refund of nearly £60. I foresee this will be a lengthy battle.

"Great Prices - Great Service ( order process - Delivery info and updates - Returns process ) - Great Attitude"

Sums up my multiple transaction experience with this company. Hence the review and the five stars. Really Impressed. Great prices don't usually translate into Great service. They do here.

Quick exchange!

The trainers that my daughter bought me for Christmas were a little too tight. I returned them between Christmas and New Years day and the exchange was delivered 4th Jan. Great service over the busy holiday season.
