Trade Tested レビュー

Absolute rubbish to deal with, sold damaged product to me , took ages to respond to complaint, the agreed to give partial refund...there where several excuses as to why the refund didn't get processed.
End of day I ended up being left with a damaged unit , no refund and many hours wasted on the phone for nothing.
Should have bought stuff of Ali or Temu

If you want to buy anything off Trade Tested I strongly suggest you check out their page on Trade Me first, as there is a high probability the courier shipping on Trade Me is a heck of a lot cheaper than if you buy directly off the Trade Tested website. I found out the expensive way, sadly.

We bought an electric car and had a problem with the motor. Customer support had it resolved in absolutely no time at all. Really impressed

Received delivery of dog training collar very pleased with quality of product and instructions on use
Impressed with follow up from customer service

I liked the product range. Communication was excellent. The shed was easy to assmble - especially since I had help.
Delivery was delayed a few days but communuication was good so no issues.
All in all. Very happy.

I find it absolutely unbelievable I can not buy spare parts for any Hyundai lawn mowers Unless You have a purchase order stating that you bought it off Trade Tested, of which I do not have any more. No they do not keep serial number records either.
I believe Trade tested may be the only ones that sell these lawn mowers.
Most Products that are bought in NZ, you are able to buy parts for.
Unfortunately I think Trade tested are letting customers down buy refusing to sell spare parts, although in their reviews they state yes they do sell parts. They tried to tell me Hyundai New Zealand sell the parts. what un-educated Nitwits !!!!

Brought a rechargeable cordless pool cleaner of Trade Tested, great product and great services! Would recommend Trade Tested 100%

This is my second purchase from Trade Tested. Product has always been as described with quick and efficient service. Will use again.

Our 12 month old puppy has an on- switch for barking but the off-switch malfunctions most of the time. The sonic/vibrating bark collar only took 2 days to repair the on & off barking switches. Brilliant product we highly recommend this item.

Very happy with the customer service I received.

All went well for the whole purchasing process. Price was well below the competitors that I looked at.

I’m also very happy with my purchase (A Brabantia clothes airer). I’ve always found Brabantia products to feel much more solidly made than most, and this Clothes Airer has continued that experience.

Rung up to split my order (one item wasn’t in stock) asked to send the rest of the order. They said they would do this so I had it before Xmas. Heard nothing. Rung again but actually hadn’t done anything to dispatch it. So will miss this gift for Xmas as they could no longer guarantee delivery.

Great product, great delivery, great feedback from the team, free merch. I'm a happy man :)

Trade Tested were so helpful and fast at replying to my questions about a product line. They were out of stock but followed up with positive confirmed dates for delivery. Nothing was a problem to them and Lita who I dealt with was simply outstanding. A great company who obviously know how to treat their customers to completely cover their needs. A 10 out of 10 score to Trade Tested.

I purchased an umbrella a few weeks ago from trade tested . There are so many outdoor umbrellas on the market today very daunting searching for the right one . Value for my $$ good strong product checking reviews . I have never shopped at Trade tested before . I actually wasn’t sure if it was open to the public. Their service at the counter was very welcoming lovely friendly chap . I had no idea i needed a number for car park space delivery . Anyway it came out within 5/7 minutes to my car, again friendly nice staff . Fabulous showroom too will return for sure . Happy Christmas team at Trade tested

A quick web search for a stand up paddle board rack took me to Tradetested. I wasn't entirely sure about what they had but the reviews were pretty good. From purchasing online through to collection everything was easy as. Communicaiton was top notch and the boys in the retail store and warehouse were awesome.
The product itself is fantastic! I have a stand up paddle board and long board sitting on it. It is free standing and not fixed to the ground or wall which is amazing. The instructions for construction were clear and easy to follow.

Product arrived promptly and is of a good quality. Everything is as the website indicated. 100% satisfied.

Good communication through the buying process, furniture delivered with care, very happy with our Kapiti outdoor setting, good quality with excellent comfortable cushions.

What a great buy, we have had alot of use and we've only had it a month. It's safe, my husband fell off the roof 3 years ago so we are pretty cautious. Have used it to do our high hedges, next is painting windows on the second storey. It's easy for 2 oldies to put together and maneuver around, plus we don't have to pay scaffold hire. It also stores quite compactly, we are very pleased with our purchase thankyou. Lynda.

We were given regular updates on when the trampoline would arrive - right up until 30 minutes before it was due to be delivered.
I was surprised at how easy it was to put together.
Once complete, it looked awesome. The kids use it daily and have hours of fun.
I also appreciated the after-purchase follow-up from Richard the Founder/GM to see if we were happy with our purchase and if we had any questions. This is excellent customer service!
Highly recommend Trade Tested!!!
