From the initial booking of our holiday right through to our arrival home, the service from travelbuddy was excellent! I dealt with April throughout and she was really helpful with everything, providing me with regular updates and important information, especially around Covid. The hotel was superb and the flights were very good.

After being let down by a major tour operator (cancelled flights and put price of holiday up by £1.5k to fly two days later), it was such a relief to be able to phone a travel agent and have someone pick up the phone straight away.
April at Hanham, Bristol sorted similar holiday with no fuss and then sorted it again with no fuss when I needed to change the flights.
I would advise anyone to book through Travel Buddy because they are able to match many online prices and the fact you can get hold of someone without waiting in a two hour queue really is invaluable.

April was fab! Nothing was too much for her and she explained so much absolutely flawlessly, which made us feel really confident. It was really handy communicating via email as it means you can read back through and have a little log.
Couldn’t thank her enough! And our honeymoon just looks WOW. The deal we got is unbelievable and totally beyond what we’d thought we’d ever be able to get!
