Will never recommend TRAVELENT to my worst enemy
I went online looking for an affordable air ticket and I stumbled into this horrible travel agency called TRAVELENT.
Gave them a call & one of their sales rep picked the call. English was so poor that I developed head ache shouting & repeating my self over & over again. Finally I gave her my dates & routine & she assured me that she can get me a very good rate.
We agreed on a rate which appears to be great, I made a deposit & the next day I paid her in full. Same day I got a call from one of her booking team telling me that he's calling to confirm my ticket & my return is via Kenya, spending a night in Kenya which is not what I agreed with this company before I made my payment.
I asked for refunds & after two days of struggle, I got a phone call saying, my money will be refunded less £100. I was forced to take a voucher which never exist as it's a sales gimmick. This is a fraudulent company.
I won't want anyone to experience this horrible experience. Will never recommend TRAVELENT TO MY WORST ENEMEY..
