Rachel was amazing very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to book our holiday, would recommend the Travel house to others and will book future holidays based on my experience

We decided to go for a cruise holiday with friends. We had already research prices etc.We seen Rachel and she was very good at explaining the holiday, what to do and how to do it.x Rachel even beat the online price and give us further ideas and help .Definitely going back to see Rachel for other holidays.

We booked with you last year and had the most perfect holiday, we decided to booked with you again. Staff went above and beyond to make sure they found the best holiday to suit our needs. Nothing we asked was too much effort and they were so helpful.

Lisa was superb! She made me feel like we had all the time in the world, not rushed at all. Which considering there were people waiting, I thought was brilliant. There was a lovely calm atmosphere in the shop. The other two young girls also interacted with me, one sharing their experiences with me, which was helpful. Lisa was thorough and offered me every option. I would definitely recommend the Aberdare branch.

Fab!! Rachel was amazing from keeping me updated with when I was able to book my upcoming trip, as we had to wait for dates to be released. Once i booked my holiday, rachel continued to look to get me prices for future holidays, even though they not bookable yet but just as a rough guide for myself. The holidays i asked her to price were ones i have no clue about so needed that extra expert advice and i got it. Thank you ever so much! Whenever you walk in your always welcomed with happy to help staff full of enthusiasm and knowledge. I cant recomend Travel house Aberdare enough.
