Very patient helpful staff, always on hand to advise & give options available.

Jackie and Susan were both extremely helpful booking our cruise .They both took their time and found the best cabins for my 3 friends and myself .

Although there was quite a wait to be seen by an advisor in store, Naz was very helpful, friendly & professional in helping me book my chosen holiday. I had seen the holiday on Travel House Facebook page. The deal couldn't be found and we had to wait 20 minutes on the phone to get through to Head Office to try to find it. This part could be improved a great deal.

We had a very good service from Jackie she helped us find a holiday 😀 and she was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Jackie x

I booked my 2 week holiday with Naz in the Llanelli branch for 5 adults and she was amazing! The holiday she found for us was exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble! I have booked 2 holidays with her and both experiences have been superb! I would highly recommend her!

Travel House Staff are always very helpful. However Naz in the St. Elli Branch in Llanelli excelled in helping us find our dream holiday in New Zealand and Australia for February 2027.

Very welcoming, approached us as soon as we entered the shop. Very knowledgeable, found our holiday after a few questions. I had been looking for over a week to find the right holiday, she had the perfect holiday in less than half an hour. She listened to what we wanted, came up with a few options and never made us feel under pressure to book. I have always booked with TUI but I will definitely be using Travel House from now on.

Naz helped us find a great holiday, exactly where we wanted to go. She also provided us with very useful information. Everything was done on a single visit. Excellent service!
