Warm welcome from friendly staff. Needed advice on booking a MSC cruise. Naomi was very helpful knowledgeable and patient. Explained the different cabin categories, prices and showed us a video of the ship which looked amazing. Naomi said if we had any questions or queries about our holiday to phone or call in to see her

We explored various holiday options for a lifetime treat for us so it was very important to get things right, with a tailor-made itinerary. The Manager at Neath Travel House (Naomi) was very knowledgable and guided us through our plans to visit Canada and Alaska with a Cruise at the end side of the 5 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for Naomi from excursions, rodeos, and currency planning. Thank you so very much! We’ve yet to get all the tickets and paperwork closer to travel, but am sure Naomi will also get all this spot on! We’ve always used Travel House and the customer service is second to none, so HAYS please Do Not mess this up by absorbing a perfect enterprise into a huge company!

We recently booked a trip with Alice, who was very helpful and got us a few prices for different hire car options with our package before we settled on our final choice, Alice notified us of all expected costs in the US at resorts and made us aware of any unexpected charges so we wouldn’t be surprised or dissapointed. The process was very smooth and We would definitely recommend the Travel House and will be using them again
