Michelle who booked our holiday for us was fantastic despite being the only staff member on duty who was qualified to take bookings.Michelle showed a great deal of commitment in finding our perfect get away despite the pressure of having several other customers waiting.It was a pleasure to be dealt with by Michelle who was polite and very knowledgeable despite the obvious pressure she was under.

Mia was absolutely fantastic with us. Nothing was too much trouble and she spent so much time searching for different options. We eventually found the perfect holiday. Did get a few issues along the way but it was rectified in no time. Which was no fault of The Travel House. Would definitely use this Travel Agents again.
