I had an excellent experience with Travel Merry. The booking process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Agent Leon was very helpful, professional, patient in answering all my questions and I was amaze on how fast his solution when he found out that the flight we we're eyeing for is already unavailable. Suprisingly he got us other option very quick, and in a more discounted price. Agent Jin Smith was also very kind and supportive and handled our payment smoothly until the issuance of our ticket. Overall, I truly appreciate their great customer service and would highly recommend this legit agency and hardworking agents to anyone looking for reliable travel ticket assistance.

Do not buy tickets from this travel agency. The prices might be attractive, but it is not worth taking the chance. We were screwed over with our fully paid bookings, which resulted in the airline cancelling our reservations right before our flight.

The gentleman who answered my call and I figured out the problem with getting the reservation confirmed. However, A) it was difficult to understand the accent — which is not this agent’s fault. Except
B) the gentleman talked as rapidly as possible. This did not help. It made problem A worse. Much worse. So much so that I almost had to excuse myself to hang up and call back for another agent.

Slow down. Waaaaay down.
Speak slowly, and carefully. Customers don’t care about the clock the call center wants to gauge throughput by. We want to hear *clear* and *careful* progress made against the problem.

Very good experience with Travel Merry, everything was well organized and easy. Barry was especially kind, attentive, and helped us at all times. Highly recommended!

Super stressful experience :-( However, customer service agents (Barry Anderson, Lisa Smith, Lucas Collins) were friendly and respectful. In retrospect, I'm not sure these are real names as they all had Indian accents.

Flights were found using skyscanner and the prices seemed to be better than any other site...too good to be true? I tried booking and got a booking ID so I thought I was good to go. A few days later, I noticed several emails saying that my flights were not available at the price, but they provided alternatives that were somewhat close to my original itinerary and in the same $ ballpark. Apparently they tried calling me, but I never saw any missed calls on my phone, nor received any voicemails. This was stressful enough, but to make things worse, it happened 2 MORE TIMES, booking...this time with an agent on the phone and confirming by email, only to find out a while later that it was not available.

I had thought about going with 1 star, but I will say on a positive note that the customer service agents were all very friendly...just not sure my nerves can handle this kind of stress.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t trust the reviews on their website- they’re probably made up. This company is TERRIBLE, horrendous customer service. I booked a flight, they claimed it was overbooked and charged it, we called to charge my card, they only charged for the flight there (don’t know why), then lost the new flight home they had found in place of the overbooked one. Called the next day and now this 2nd revision, was even worse, went from 2 flights home to 3.
This was completely their fault and we looked up our original flight home (that I booked) and we found it on google!! They claimed they didn’t lie, and that they agreed to keep the price down on the newest revision but that they’d charge us more to get us back on the original flight they claimed was overbooked… the guy didn’t even understand how to read flights- I sent him the screenshot from Google and instead of reading it as 8 hours flight time total he said it had an 8 hour layover… this is your job and they don’t even know how to read flights…. He also totally sassed me, raised his voice, and got mad at me. Yeah coming from a previous travel agent, this was a horrendous experience, probably a scam and we are worried if we will even get real tickets.
In summary NEVER BOOK WITH THEM ever

Experience with customer suport was ok, they find a flight with a good price.

Not so good : I booked a flight on Travel Merry website, but I was told that flight is sold out. That happened earlier today, and I still see these flights - but they are sold out…

hello guys please do not book through the travelmerry.com I booked through them and got confirmation on the airline website. within a week I got email saying your flight is cancelled due payment issues and I have to rebook the ticket for this international trip via Qatar airway. money is already gone my credit card. I called the airlines they said there is no issue with the payment and they don't know the reason of cancellation . this booking was made in November 2025 and still not received my refund. Tired of calling and emails and no response. I ended up booking on airline website and travelled. I'm paying interest on my credit cards. I filed a complaint on federal aviation website and still waiting for the response. so please please DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELMERRY . thank you

THEY STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO JUST LIKE OTHERS HAVE HAD HAPPEN.

Brand new card, only used it on a couple of online purchases. Two false charges for $990 transfer each. Luckily my credit card company spotted and stopped it. I read on here that this has happened to others too. They also never sold me any fights, because they couldn't get me there dishonest pricing, they delayed my booking for almost 3 days because they kept offering alternative routes and then canceling those. I ended up paying $400 more with an actual airline because prices went up during those 3 days. They are not legit.

Do not use this site! They falsely advertise prices and once you think that you’ve purchased a ticket they come back and tell you that that there is no longer available and offer you a different one for 50% more expensive. I even called and talked to a representative and a supervisor after I thought I had purchased my ticket to make sure that they were gonna charge my card since it hadn’t been charged and they assured me everything was fine, only to wake up the next morning to find out, they had not purchased my ticket and they were trying to get me to purchase another ticket that was $400 more expensive

The gentleman was persistent to make sure the transaction was processed correctly and that I received my tickets as expected.

He was AMAZING!!

My experience with Travel Merry has been excellent. The prices, communication, and customer service are outstanding.
