Transportation in india

Always organise driver is headache in India.
This company could organise a driver even 5 hours away to such a small city.
It was great service, well communication, really appreciated it.

Great service

Great service, communicated through my whole journey from the time I booked. Driver even waited as my flight was delayed by over an hour, friendly and courteous.

Professional and customer focused

The driver was ready at airport arrivals even though flight was delayed, which is always a concern for weary travellers.

The journey was navigated with expertise, avoiding traffic jams where possible (taking new routes to me) and comfortable which is important.

The booking and engagement and follow ups were professional and appreciated.

Super professional 👏 👌 👍

I got a text before my flight telling me that everything was in order and that the driver will be waiting for me.. then i find out my flight was delayed and when I texted them they already new !!! Super service !!! The driver was super kind and waited 3h because our flight was delayed due to have rain 😑.. he had a big smile when we finally got there... super driver to.. very smooth journey we even managed to sleep all along.. thank you !!! again 🙏 my new favorite taxi service !!!

5* SERVICES Unparalleled service which


5* SERVICES Unparalleled service which is a bit surprising. Couldn't believe I would get this kind of service. Constant communication. While writing but I got reply within seconds. No doubt you can take their service. They gave me pick up information from three platforms of one under umbrella .Their driver reached there before the scheduled time and sent pictures to confirm. Thank you . Ms Palak and her company TREVEL O DESK. I will feel very safe to use their services again in the future.

I stumbled into Travelodesk through Booking.com. I messed up my itinerary but they very quickly accommodated, especially when I just landed in Delhi...and not have to figure out transportation last minute. The driver was very nice and professional. Thank you.
