They cannnot be trusted. I am yet to receive my order despite placing my order on 30th Sept 2025, I am starting to doubt the integrity of this company.

Communication was precise and clear and good arrived on time and in excellent condition

I received my order yesterday 14.10.25 ,I am very impressed with Trendhim, my questions were answered fast and were helpful,my package arrived super quick and I am very happy with my purchase, plus I received a nice stainless steel necklace for free.Well done Trendhim.😀

WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Trendhim treat their customers like manure.
My purchase of an expensive hat was a complete failure at every stage of the process.

Everything that went wrong was preventable, and Trendhim did nothing to prevent any of it. They are dismal and UNTRUSTWORTHY.

They don't even wrap items that can't be cleaned yet must sit directly against sensitive skin. Trendhim wants you to put your face into something bursting with a universe of bacteria, dust and dirt. Had they wrapped it, it would have arrived clean. What contempt they have for their customers welfare.

Then, they chant quality when a cursory check of the item would have shown it was faulty. But they still sent it. How idiotic!

They treat their expensive quality items with disregard by not even putting them in a plastic bag (dirty), jamming it into small box (mis-shaping it) and not packing properly to prevent further damage in transit. (moisture after being left in rain on wet ground) *surprise!* it arrived damaged.
Idiotic !

It gets worse too - while they admittedly seemed to take my complaint seriously, they made promises to refund all my costs but despite me giving them everything they requested they patronise me and keep denying me and asking for further specific details they could have asked for weeks earlier.

AND they encouraged me to buy a new one but on my enquiry confirmed they had no intention of changing anything about how it was selected, packed or shipped so the same terrible outcome was likely to repeat. THIS IS HILLBILLY DUMB ! (by the way, read their bland response below that says "it was never our intention" & "we're committed to making things right" - missing the point that 1) they caused all the problems, and 2) by refusing to change anything about how they select or pack or ship when they know it doesn't work then it is precisely their intention and nothing will ever be right !!
Platitudes dont make things happen, Actions make things happen, but they don't get this.

They've systemically failed and I feel like I've been repeatedly lied to.
THIS IS THE WORST COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
I would rather eat horse dung than have to deal with these hillbillies ever again.

Everything about them is designed to impress from outside but they're utterly incompetent, systemically negligent, deceptive and all this screams FRAUD !

I ordered my shoulder bag on the 18th June, it cam from Copenhagen Denmark to my home in New Zealand and arrived on the 24th June!!!
It was freight free!!!
Oh, and the shoulder bag is exactly what I was hoping for, it's roomy with plenty of space for my laptop, phones, passports and all those things you need on flights.

Easy to navigate the website, clear and concise information etc and the speed of delivery was AMAZING from Denmark to NZ door to door in 8 days !!!!

I ordered 3 necklaces, 2 of which the website allowed me to pick the size. I picked the longest size for the two I was allowed to pick (65cm), and received the incorrect size, at least based on the pictures and how they fit on my neck. Despite this, the quality of the material and design are definitely positives in my view. I was happy and satisfied with the one necklace out of the 3 I bought. I'd like to use the other 2, but as I stated before, they were a tad too small for my neck, especially having specifically ordered the longer ones. It's a shame, but perhaps I just got unlucky. Will give another try in a month or two ^^, thank you.
