I ordered a ring for my fiance, and the day it was supposed to come (I was tracking it regularly) it didn't come so I waited days later and it still hadn't arrived so I emailed Trendhim, they got some more information of the location of my ring, and apparently it got lost with couriers in my country. Immediately Trendhim sent us another ring which I received in a short period of time. Ever so grateful for the fast feedback and in sending a new ring because of the "lost" one. Low and behold going on 2 weeks since getting the replacement ring, I check in my mailbox and my original ordered ring was there.....wow.......so I contacted Trendhim and asked how I could obviously send it back, and I got a reply back not to worry about sending it back and to enjoy having another ring.....wOW.......I'm so shocked......this ring wasn't the cheapest lets put it that way......so HUGE thumbs up for this company.....by the way, the ring/s are both PERFECT!!!!!!!!and I'm super fussy and don't say it unless I actually mean it.....also a shoutout to trendhims customer service rep "KARINE"........your beautiful and helpful........thanks so much from this kiwi bride that you helped.......

Great quality, a little late in delivery but they sent a lovely email apologizing for the delay and it showed up the next day.

Predicted timeframe for deliveries is perfect!!

The product is great and what I expected. I was lead to believe that the product was in NZ when I ordered it which was the let down. I paid extra to get it to me in time (3-5 days) to then find out it had to come all the way from Denmark. This then made the product arrive a whole week later than intended. I don’t blame Trendhim for this as they were extremely prompt in getting the bracelet engraved and posted to me within the same day. I also appreciated the apology email when they realised it had been delayed. They’re obviously a great company with great service. I just wish I had have known they were not a NZ based company before I purchased because I needed it as a gift which I couldn't fulfil on the actual celebration day. Trendhim.co.nz as an internet address is quite misleading.

Trendhim responds promptly and genuinely cares about helping the customer find what they need. Even in situations where it was necessary to exchange products, the Trendhim team was empathetic and ready to make their customer satisfied. I strongly recommend Trendhim, in addition to the quality of the products, a highly qualified and customer-dedicated team.

Took a while to turn up (shipped over Christmas) but lovely product.
