VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE they charged me an extra 8$ for expedited shipping & my package still hasn’t arrived they refused to give me my refund. HORRIBLE company

I ordered a item that I realized was not going to be what was needed. I canceled this item within 24 hrs of placing said order. I was accused of lying as to why I canceled this and when I received a refund it was less transaction fees. I was told that this is due to the company losing money since I canceled and it was not their fault I had to cancel my order. Nowhere is it stated a refund due to cancelation would be less transaction fees. Noted if you return items there is a chance of these fees not being refunded, however I did not receive said item and it was canceled before shipment. I inquired again and was told that they treat their customers very well, but I was not one of them. Very poor customer service . Learned my lesson, only order from a well known site as these sites are not very honorable. Marcus is rude and condescending and in no way has the means to be working in customer service.

Crooks! I ordered bone conduction headphones. They are cheap garbage. I sent an email requesting a return authorization. Their reply stated that items on sale could not be refunded or if they were a restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. I checked and rechecked the link to their return policy on the bottom of my receipt and it said items on sale would be refunded the full purchase price. I could go on and on about this dispute and all the replies I'm gettiing but I think you get the jist. Crooks for sure.

Ordered the drones 12/5. It said ships 5 days, didn’t know from China. Got them for grandsons for Christmas. Arrived 1/8/21. It will be a good laugh anyway, the boys are 10 and 13. Haven’t seen such junk since I was a child, 60 years ago. Not even tin, the flimsiest plastic. I’ve seen better quality at a Dollar store. So far didn’t fly. May wait and give it to them for April fools day. Seriously, manufacturer should be ashamed. Thought for the money would be better. Not worth more than couple dollars.

The warranty is 30 days for a pair of electric socks. They worked about 3x then not so much. Wires then came through the sock perfrating , burning skin. Can't believe there are legitimate reviews on the Trending Point site as they get 1.5/5 ratings on the various web pages.

No star if I could choose that. Ordered a giant beanbag from vipdeal, advertised through Facebook. Three months later and many emails back and forth, no beanbag and no refund, do not order from these scammers!

I ordered a bean bag and received a cushion cover. I tried to send an email to one on the bottom of the order confirmation, it failed to send. I would not order from this company.

This company didn't send me the order I placed. I am in Canada and Marcus said they sent it by USPS and we don't even have that company in Canada. Don't order from them and they are they are the rudest people and abrupt when you ask about your order.

Complete waste, the product is nonsense and the customer service disappeared.

I recently purchased a power washer attachment for my garden hose. It is what I expected and I use it every chance I get. The strength of it is not as strong as a real power washer, but it does what it said it would do. And it did take a long time to receive, but it did arrive and does what it should.

This company is a disgrace. Do not buy anything from them. Overpriced fake items of poor quality. Terrible customer service. They won’t refund money despite what it states on their website. Don’t buy from here

I hate they make you give these fools a star. I ordered a pair of edge trimmers over 2 months ago I have since ordered from Amazon and got that package but still no package feon Trending deals. I keep sending emails and they never offered to re send my package. So I demanded a refund which has now been so call in process for over a month I am furious I am a COVID-19 survivor and have been out of work yet these people take your hard earned money PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM BUT I WILL NOT REST UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED

Placed my order back in March but never received it. Emailed them several times and their response was that it was in process of shipping and that couldn't cancel order at this point but that I could return it at my cost. Well, 4 months later and i've yet to receive the product. Total scam!

Just an update on my rating on the 28th April. I actually got a full refund but only after Paypal went in to bat for me. Trending Deals emailed me telling me they had refunded everything but I contacted Paypal and they had not received any such refunds so Paypal investigated and I consider totally responsible for the refund. Don't touch this company. They actually lie a lot & that wastes time and effort. A lot of people have lost a lot of money by the sounds of it. I will read reviews first after this experience.
