Das Help Center gibt vor nur 1 bis 2 Minuten Wartezeit zu haben. Das war nicht der Fall. Ich hatte eine neue Lizenz gekauft und konnte nicht darauf zugreifen

Ein Antivieren-Programm sollte sich nur melden, wenn was NICHT in Ordnung ist!
Alles andere nervt.

On Friday 7th October 2022 I bought Trend Micro Device Security Basic, 2 Device 12 mth for $69 so I can protect my iMac from malware, viruses, ransomware, and other threats, secure online banking and shopping. It also guards my Mac against identity theft.

purchased trend micro security pro at store and wanted a refund as we had an existing lic.

Made request for refund online on the 27 March and corrresponded almost daily, providing receipt etc.
They kept coming back asking for info that had been provided, Finally 10 april 2023 they asked for my bank details in for the refund .
Then on 14 April 2023 they wrote to inform that I should contact the store for a refund.
They either practice delays tactics or have very incompetent support staff asking for same info again & again.
Do not trust their 30 day no question asked refund policy. Just shows the type of company that you are dealing with. False advertising!

Uanset at programmet måske er en god antivirus, så overskygges det suverænt af at det er mega besværligt at framelde sig automatisk fornyelse af abonnement.
Det er klam markedsføring at binde kunderne på den måde.

Die Software an und für sich ist ganz gut, dafür eigentlich 3 Sterne. Aber: Teilweise seltsame Meldungen, die man nicht wirklich nachvollziehen kann. Was aber ganz schwerwiegend ist und warum ich meine Abos nicht mehr verlängern werde, ist das AboModell (in Zusammenhang mit Digitalriver). Bei mehreren Abos wird es schwierig zu unterscheiden um welches Abo es geht, besonders dann wenn eine Verlängerung ansteht. Man bekommt eine eMail in der die automatische Verlängerung angekündigt wird, aber keinen Hinweis darauf um welches Abonnement es sich denn jetzt handelt. Eine Sisyphusarbeit, die letztendlich zu keinem wirklich sicheren Ergebnis führt. Man kann nicht wirklich herausfinden um welches Abo es dabei sich handelt. Ganz einfach darum, weil die wenigen Angaben die angekündigt werden - in wievielen Tagen xx und ab dem dd:mm. - in keiner Weise mit den im Acount angekündigten Verlängerungen übereinstimmen! Vor allem dann blöd, wenn man beispielsweise eines der Abos nicht mehr benötigt etc.. Nun ja, denkt man: ich habe ja noch die eingegangenen Bestätigungsemails und die Trend Micro Bestellreferenznummern. Weit gefehlt: mir ist es nur in einem Fall gelungen die Kauf- und Rechnungsdaten einzusehen und in allen anderen Fällen: "Passwort und eMail etc. stimmen nicht überein". Aber auch dennoch stimmen, wie oben schon erwähnt, die Daten: Tage xx und dd:mm immer noch nicht überein! Passwort zurücksetzen ja, funktioniert dann aber nicht! Weiss der Geier, warum Trend Micro es nicht für Nötig findet einen klareren Hinweis in der eMail zu hinterlegen. Was der Support dieser Firma anbelangt - der ist absolut unterirdisch! Trotz Länderauswahl wird kein kein deutscher Support angeboten. Deshalb mit viel Wohlwollen 1 Stern! PS: nie wieder!!!

The 1st protection (after Nobton, macafuc, )I've installed that doesn't bombard me with emails and pop ups trying to scare me into buying MORE extensions that I thought were part of the deal.
They do what they say on the tin.
Nobton etc are always trying to get more money from you when you only need Trend micro.

This is the worst piece of software I have ever used. It flags safe programs as harmful, creates large undeletable junk files that at times take up 12 gigabyte and flat out stopped working before the expiration date DO NOT USE.

One of the worst online services,totally unprofessional using misleading methods to sell the product to public, once product was purchased there's no possibility to manage your account , you are being dispatched with defective links, few weeks before product expiration they charge automatically your credit card etc. The software keep opening warning windows upon every action online , stay away from this company

I have used and been very happy with the security I received from Trend Micro Internet security unti November 2022 update when it suddenly started taking up all my PC's services, thereby rendering my PC useless. I have uninstalled and installed a different antivirus now my PC works normally again.

The absolute first thing that tells me to stay away from this company, is their website. When you have to hunt/search to see the product details and pricing something is defiantly wrong! Trend Micro website has to be in the top five of the worst websites!

Ok, I don't usually post reviews unless si has a serious concert or impeccable service. This review is not impeccable. Please do not buy this product. I have purchased 3 of these devices, and they all fail within two months. The company accepted that the products were dying and saw the response from the support team.

I am not sure but few days ago I also tried to call you and I have the same voicemail service. I want to give you a suggestion. Since your Trend Micro Home Network Security station is not working even in the Arris router which is listed in compatible devices, the usual option is a replacement. But since the replacement is also not working, I suggest this:

*Purchase a new Trend Micro Security station in Amazon or in our website. It will give you a brand new station and 1 year subscription.
*After your purchase and activation of the new station, we will merge.

Note: We cannot perform replacement since we have already replaced the previous station. We also cannot refund since its past 30 days. We will add additional 6 months once everything is fixed.

The company says buy another one. Low and behold, I have done this, and it had the same issue, so just a warning, if you are looking for hoke security, do not buy this product it's not worth the headache and waste of m, money for two months of use.

A automated service called "Mine" had access to my gmail account and sent a email to Trend Micro support requesting deletion of my personal data. My account, info and serial number no longer works. I contacted support so many times and they wont do anything, terrible service.

SCAM!!! A total scam. The antivirus license key for the maximum security software worked for about two minutes. Then it was announced invalid. No response to any of my e-mails in two months. Digital River just takes the money and claims not being responsible for any of this.

Hvad nytter et godt program når kundebetjæningen er så elendig.

Jeg ville købe trend Micro maksimal sikkerhed til 5 enheder. Derfor havde jeg et par spørgsmål før jeg købte.
Det er helt og aldeles umuligt at rette spørgsmål igennem hjemmesiden. På hjemmesiden findes feltet: Kontakt os.
Her kan man under europa finde trend micro’s danske afdeling.
Her til sendte jeg mit spørgsmål. I skrivende stund har jeg ikke fået svar.
Et par dage senere sendte jeg samme spørgsmål på engelsk til trend micro’s hovedkvarter. I skrivende stund har jeg ikke fået svar.
Er det så mærkeligt at jeg i skrivende stund, leder efter et andet produkt.
Jeg oplever at trend micro er ret ligeglade med deres kunder.
Et andet eksempel er, at på den dansk_engelske hjemmeside findes “maksimal sikkerhed” til 5 enheder. Når man vælger køb nu, så ser man at 5 enheder nu er ændret til 3 enheder til den samme pris som 5.
En detalje jeg gjorde opmærksom på i mailene til trend Micro’s repræsentanter.

Habe eine 1 Monats Lizenz für VPN Proxy one Pro gekauft und keine erhalten, (bestätigungsemail ebenfalls nicht, habe aber ne email von Klarna bekommen) als ich mich auch die extrem langsame website geschleppt habe und mich durch das beschissene support center gekämpft habe, habe ich letzt endlich den email support gefunden, allerdings braucht man für den ne Order Number welche man in dedr email bekommt die ich NICHT erhalten habe.

Joyce Ann helped me via the chat box and remote control. Really helpful support. Unfortunately, we did not entirely fix the issue, but we found a quick and easy workaround which suits me.

She suggested a reinstallation of the software and after 40 minutes, was happy to spend longer to help me do this, but it would have taken too long - and the workaround is fine.

First time I've used Trend support and found it to be a good experience.

terrible, we bought the software from Harvey Norman believing it was something else entirely. We bought laptops and thought it was extra insurance. However it turned out the be cyber security which we don't need. we bought from Harvey Norman in February, and never received the product. Just tried to get a refund and was denied as the 30 days refund period has expired. It isn't like we tried the product and were unsatisfied and wanted a refund within the 30 days which they would have honoured. We never received the product in the first place. They offered us the activation code but we did not need it because as I said, we thought it was insurance. Spoke to several people at trend. Didn't care.
