I had about eight real estate offices working to rent out my 4 bedroom home in Dubai. The young, but very active 24 years old Max from Treo Homes contacted me and i said, good luck you can try if you like. Well, after three weeks he found a customer, i said not suitable, then he found another and i agreed.
Then Max had to go through so much back and forth paperwork, review the home with client , ask client for what changes he wants, get the home landscaped...he did it all, i only paid for the fixes.
Through it all he never complained. I am impresed with the person at Treo who hired Max! great skills in finding talent.
