Iâve been a client of Mario Tricoci since they only had their Oak Brook location, so I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I booked a makeup appointment for my sonâs wedding day, only to have it canceled just two hours before the scheduled time. For such a large brand, I was shocked to learn they only have one makeup artist on staff, and there was no manager on-site when they canceled. Their policy states that clients must give at least 24 hoursâ notice for cancellations âout of respect for our staff,â with charges applied for late cancellations and no-shows. Yet, itâs clear they donât extend the same respect to their clients. Extremely disappointedâthis is not the quality of service I expected from Mario Tricoci, especially on such an important day.
