I can’t recommend Trinity Finance highly enough! This is actually the second time I’ve used them, and once again they have been absolutely fantastic.

I approached them because I needed a non-standard mortgage, and Emma & Chloe went above and beyond to understand my circumstances, find the right options and secure what was the best deal for me.

Throughout the whole process, they were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly and were always on hand whenever I had a question. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring.

A huge thank you to Emma & Chloe — you’ve both been brilliant and are a real credit to Trinity Finance.

The fact that this is my second time using them says it all. When my fixed-rate deal ends in two years, I’ll be going straight back to Trinity Finance again!

As a first-time buyer, I found the mortgage process quite daunting, but Colin and the team at Trinity Finance made everything much easier. They supported me throughout the entire process, from the initial application right through to receiving my mortgage offer. Gemma also provided advice on the different type of insurances that would be required.

Their communication was clear, professional, and timely, and they were always on hand to answer any question I had. I really appreciated their guidance and expertise, which helped take a lot of stress out of buying my first home.

What really stood out to us was that Emilio was willing to take the time to understand our circumstances and take on a difficult case when other mortgage brokers were not prepared to consider it. He was patient, professional and always willing to explain things clearly and guide us through the process.

I have known Vijay since his time at Lloyds Bank and have maintained that relationship over the years because of the trust and confidence I have always had in his knowledge, professionalism and approach.

Most recently, Vijay helped us with what was a particularly complex Buy-to-Let mortgage requirement. From the outset, he took the time to fully understand our circumstances and exactly what we were trying to achieve. His knowledge of the mortgage market and specialist property finance enabled him to navigate the complexities of the case and ultimately find the right solution for us.

What particularly stands out about Vijay is his attention to detail and his ability to genuinely listen to every requirement. He does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. He explains the options clearly, keeps you informed throughout the process and is extremely thorough in ensuring that every detail is dealt with correctly.

The service we received was brilliant from beginning to end, and it reinforced why I have continued to trust Vijay since first dealing with him at Lloyds many years ago.

I would also like to give a special mention to James for his exceptional administrative support throughout the process. His efficiency, communication and assistance behind the scenes were greatly appreciated and contributed enormously to the overall experience.

I decided to use the solicitors recommended by Trinity Finance as well, and I was very happy with them. They were knowledgeable and experienced, kept me informed throughout the process, and were always happy to answer my questions.
