Los audífonos son buenos, la cancelación de ruido es espectacular y hasta ahora no he tendido ningún problema con ellos

We bought a TRONSMART bluetooth speaker locally in Thailand. After 6 months or so it would not charge anymore. The local seller asked for the original packaging if we wanted to claim waranty, which was never a requirement as far as we could see in the warranty rules. After mailing a lot with the seller and Tronsmart, Tronsmart decided to take over and sent us a new speaker completely free of charge. Now that's proper after sales service. Thank you!

Hola compré un parlante tronsmart por mercado libre y como se rompió,el fabricante se hizo cargo de la garantía siendo que la distribuidora Lushan no respondió los llamados ni tampoco los mensajes enviados. Recibí un mensaje que a la brevedad me enviaran un parlante de color rojo a mi domicilio.

My experience with Tronsmart has been good. They took care of a speaker that came with a problem and replaced it. The replacement speaker hasn't been tested yet. I assume it will work perfectly, but the service has been very good. When I test the speaker, I'll post a new review to confirm it. I recommend Tronsmart.

Tive um problema que parecia sem solução com o vendedor do meu produto Tronsmart, mas a Fiona, do atendimento da sede da empresa, resolveu tudo com eficiência e profissionalismo. O processo exigiu alguns e-mails e um pouco de paciência, mas a atenção e o respeito dela fizeram toda a diferença.

A Fiona foi impecável: clara, prestativa, educada e comprometida em resolver o caso até o fim. Estou muito satisfeita com o suporte que recebi.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di questi due tronsmart acquistati. Ho avuto un po' di difficoltà a connetterli al pc e al tablet con il bluetoot ma al sevizio clienti sono stati veloci e gentilissimi nel mandarmi un video con dettagliate istruzioni e in meno di cinque minuti ho risolto il mio problema. Consiglio sia il venditore che gli autoparlanti

Compré una halo 200 y al mes y medio dejo de cargar, Amazon no me respondió y me dijo que me comunicará con el proveedor el cual tampoco me resolvió y me contacte con trosmart y amablemente me enviaron un nuevo producto sin pagar aduanas ni paquetería UN EXCELENTE SERVICIO Y REPUESTA.
RECOMIENDO TRONSMART AL 100%

For the nice price price is a good boombox

I had issue with charging case and original seller asked me to reach out directly to manufacturer. It took some time but finally i got them replaced. only feedback is to keep spares in USA for faster replacement else satisfied with product and service.

Excellent brand, they are the best in terms of quality and price, their customer service is spectacular, totally recommended.

En lo personal tengo varias bocinas y audífonos tronsmart , la calidad de sonido es excelente.. tuve un inconveniente con la luz led de 1 de mis 3 bocinas halo 200, desafortunadamente no tuve el apoyo esperado de parte del distribuidor en este caso mercado libre, ya que querían que les envía la bocina hasta china y el costo del envío era 4 veces más del costo de la bocina , afortunadamente me contacte directo con soporte de tronsmart y vía correo todo fue mucho las facil.. me enviaron una bocina totalmente nueva y de manera rápida y ágil , estoy muy contenta con la marca y con el excelente servicio de parte de soporte de garantías de la marca en china.. recomiendo la marca al 100%. Alguien me puede compartir reseñas de la halo 300, quiero adquirir una pero ya no me aparece para compra ni en Amazon ni en mercado libre..

After a year stop working anf the custormer support sent me a free replacement. Didn't have to pay freight neither customs. 5 star !

My headphones broke and I had to contact Tronsmart because the seller I got them from vanished from Amazon. I got help via e-mail and was guided to the warranty system which allowed me to get a replacement.
It took a few days of back and forth, but there were no annoying misunderstandings and the supporter was polite, clear and to the point!

Добрый день,хочу оставить положительный отзыв компании Tronsmart, заказали колонку у продавца на площадке WB, она приехала неисправная. Продавец отказался обменивать товар,мы связались с производителем. И он в свою очередь прислал нам новую колонку. Огромное спасибо!
