For the past two years I’ve been trying to book a holiday using a credit note that I was forced into accepting during covid! This company never calls you back when they say, you have to call them again and the customer service is atrocious, the prices don’t seem to add up and are way above the online quotes given by similar operators.. it feels like they don’t want to part with the money they took off me and I’m finding it impossible to book anything without it costing me three times the amount. I have recorded conversations with this company, taken the quotes and run it by other operators, they basically offer the same flight, same hotel, same dates but at ridiculous prices?? What makes you such a luxurious operator? You use easyJet for goodness sake like other operators, nevertheless my experience has been awful.. I called yesterday and Debbie in the Caribbean department said she promised like all the other agents that somebody would call me back.. but to no avail yet again.. call yourself a family run business?! I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a holiday from this company to do your homework and cross reference any quotes you get with other operators and I can bet you that Tropical Sky are charging way above the asking price! I have several quotes as evidence! Appalling company!!

Appalled....
We used Tropical sky for our wedding 18 months ago and left the best reviews for giving us the best day of our lives. We booked the maldives way in advance for our 2 year anniversary and last month were given the worst news of our lives. My husband at 44 years old has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Our world has fallen apart!!! When i contacted Tropical sky to advise, I received a generic email referring to the T&Cs. Our travel insurance will be sorting this out but I would never use this company again. Its not even about the money, its called compassion. 0 stars!!!

I have used Tropical Sky many times to book trips to Spain, The Caribbean, Australia & New Zealand, USA and Canada. I cannot rate them highly enough. They have tailor made many trips for us. Nothing is too much trouble and the consultants are so helpful.

We travelled with tropical Sky via Alexandra Howell to Thailand in May this year. From first making the enquiry Alexandra took the time to give us many quotes. We made many tweaks and she made everything we wanted o do possible. The holiday was absolutely amazing, the flights were great, the hotels and upgrades were brilliant. At every leg of the trip we were never kept waiting at airports and there was an airconditioned car and water waiting.
The communication was excellent from Alexandra and couldn't recommend her and Tropical Sky enough. Will be definitely booking again with this company as their prices were excellent compared to others out there.

We would like to thank Tropical Sky for our recent visit to Mauritius, where we got married. I obtained around 12 different quotes from other companies, and by far, Lucy at Tropical Sky provided the best one. Special thanks to Karen, who supported us in arranging our wedding and answered numerous questions.

Additionally, we would like to commend Mauritours, the company that Tropical Sky partners with in Mauritius. They deserve special recognition for their outstanding service, from transfers and day trips to purchasing additional excursions. Each of their drivers was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, offering the best guest service we have experienced from a tour provider in many years of travelling the world.

However, we would like to give some feedback on Tropical Sky's payment system. Instead of having to save a URL to pay for your holiday, a customer portal would be fantastic, allowing customers to log in, pay, and view any documents. Despite this, we will be more than happy to use Tropical Sky again.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for Brendan Prendergast hard work and dedication in planning our recent Maldives holiday. It truly exceeded all our expectations in every way possible!

Planning process was smooth and stress-free, all queries answered with all required details. Brendan is professional, knowledgeable and simply a great person to deal with. I can easily say these were the best holidays we have ever had!

Service was outstanding, flights and accommodation set up exactly to fit our tight budget.

We are now planning our next trips and for sure will contact Brendan again to help us organise these!

Brendan and the team at Tropical Sky helped us with our Honeymoon and now 10 years later they helped with our 10 year anniversary.

The attention and care from Brendan to get this trip spot on and tailored was so helpful.

We have just returned from a 3 week self drive holiday arend New Zealand booked through Tropical Sky. We had the best time and everything went without a hitch. All of the motels, car hire and tours and flights were great and we wouldn't have changed a thing. The app was really useful and kept us on track everyday. I definitely would book again with this travel agent.

Katarzyna at Tropical Sky organised a wonderful holiday in St Lucia for us, making the best use of available offers that matched our preferred dates to get a very competitive deal. Everything was done with great efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend highly.

We have used Tropical Sky for the last 4 years to book our holidays with and they always tailor make to our requests. We have had some amazing holidays thanks to all the guys at Tropical Sky and have just booked to go to Borneo and Malaysia in September this year. We have just come back from a trip booked with Tropical Sky starting with Sri Lanka, then the Maldives and finishing off in Dubai.

Lucy Moon was our point of contact. She organised our flights, transfers and accommodation.

Everything worked like clockwork from start to finish. The first week in Sri Lanka we did our own thing, we travelled all over - a wonderful country. The second week, we chilled in a hotel booked by Tropical Sky. We would have given a 5 star review, but we had a little hiccup with this hotel in Sri Lanka, it wasn’t quite what we expected - very tired looking and in need of some TLC. However, we contacted Tropical Sky and within hours they had eased the problem. Having said that, the hotel staff were very good and made us very welcome and comfortable for the rest of our stay.

Then we travelled to the Maldives! Amazing, quite possibly the most beautiful place we have ever been! We stayed in a water villa, absolutely stunning! Lived up to our expectations and more! Perfect!

We finished off our trip in Dubai, stayed in a fab hotel in a great location.

All of these places were recommended by Lucy and we had the best time.
Lucy was very patient with all of our questions from start to finish and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We will have no hesitation in using Tropical Sky in the future and would highly recommend them!

Thank you Charlotte and colleagues at Tropical Sky for organizing an incredible holiday for us. My family (8 persons total) all thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day trip to Costa Rica. The wildlife and scenery was just spectacular. Our local guide, Fernando, from Horizontes Nature Tours, was exceptional. His knowledge of the nature, wildlife, geography, history and local cuisine (to name but a few!) was incredible. There was no question that was too difficult or silly for him. He was totally reliable, a real professional and true gentleman. He really takes pride in his work and his passion for nature really shows. From the little things like his vehicle, to his restaurant choices, his attention to detail was brilliant. He really made our trip. Would highly recommend for any future guests. Our only issue was significant flight delays on the way home however this was an airline issue (Air Canada) and outside of Tropical Sky's control.

I can’t thank Brendan from Tropical Sky enough for making our holiday dream a reality. He has been patient, tenacious and relentless in his organisation and efforts to secure us the right holiday on the right dates at a great price.
I have changed/tweaked flight times, hotels and airports to find the perfect holiday & he has sorted every request with efficiency and good humour.
We are now set to travel to Thailand and I have to say I don't think we would have achieved this without Brendan’s help. I would highly recommend Tropical Sky. Thankyou Brendan!!

The service is speedy and they always get back Tou you. They care about you having a great holiday. I would book with them again and would recommend to a friend.

Booked 2 weeks in Seychelles In February with this company, not cheap, also never told us about the Travel Authorisation fee you have to do 10 day's before you are due to arrive. until we had paid deposit. We did notice the room tax on the documents but this Travel fee. All together you pay in tax around £300 per couple depending on where you are staying. We will not be booking with this company again.
