Have bought several items for my grand daughter from here online, especially the hair bows which are good quality and made to last.
Ordered her shoes too and mum was thrilled as was my little grand daughter.
Lovely range of colours great for special occasions and well made even offering a measuring service, for shoes. During the pandemic we ordered a shoe gauge which came promptly and was useful for ordering online.
Lovely packaging great service and quality products. Shall return.

Overpriced - Won't be returning
£20.00 for a very poor haircut! not great service, hair cut was not straight , not consistent -
Staff - rude & blunt - if you don't want customers asking the price then display the price with or on the article for sale.
Won't be returning - not for a haircut nor for there other merchandise

Trotters uses Treadwell now to book haircuts.
I had difficulties to use the app on my Iphone and ended up having the haircut charged twice on my card as the app crashed on me a number of times, making me lose the appointment that I wanted. I ended up to chose an appointment another appointment for which I was 10mins late at the store due to road works traffic. I waited over 5 mins to speak with someone to say that we eventually arrived so I missed my late arrival timeframe, even though the hairdresser was late and was doing the still the previous appointment. In the time I managed to explain my situation, the Hairdresser had already started the next appointment early.
Nothing could be done to slot me in, even though my time was used by someone else.
And of course no refund as the booking was online and my appointment was supposed to be finished by then. £20+ taxi waisted for no haircut. Such a shame as I used to like the service. I will no longer come to do my kids haircut there.

Lovely product, rip off postage charges in Ireland
Have ordered a few times from Trotters, the clothing/shoes have always been really beautiful and fabulous quality. The reason I have marked down a star is the international shipping charge is €20 which is quite a lot and quite often it works out cheaper for me to order from Next Ireland despite the fact they charge more for the brand. The charge has doubled since BREXIT despite children’s clothing being exempt from VAT.

Unfortunately due to Brexit, the costs of delivering orders to the EU have increased significantly. We make every effort to provide our customers with the best value possible and have now introduced the option of selecting a duties paid service for all orders to Europe by selecting to complete your purchase in Euros. Alternatively, should our customers prefer, we are also happy to offer a non-duties paid service where any duties and taxes owing can be settled locally once the parcel has arrived at its European destination. We hope that by offering this option, our customers will feel they have complete visibility and choice as to additional duties costs and choice over preferred shipping options.

DO NOT let them cut your childs hair
We went here for my son's first haircut. The lady who cut his hair completely disregarded everything i wanted (to only have a small amount taken off) and cut a huge amount off. He was incredibly distressed by the whole situation as it was rushed and impersonal without any acclimatisation. It has ruined my memory of my son's first haircut. I have been extremely upset since as this is the last thing i wanted for such a momentous occasion.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MEMORIES RUINED!!!!!

Beautiful girls’ dresses
Ordered the Annabella Bow Dress for my granddaughter. The dress is beautiful and It was delivered quickly. The material is really good. They even sent a complimentary sweet with it.
Have ordered more dresses now.

Waited 7 weeks for an order
Waited 7 weeks for an order. Sent a few emails. Heard nothing back at all. Finally got a call today saying they apologise it’s still in their head office they haven’t sent it out yet!!! My friends baby is now too big for the order I had bought!!! Apparently they’re doing a refund...doesn’t really help me waiting 7 weeks, my friend not getting the present and now having to make another order somewhere more reliable. 2 hours of my life wasted!!!!!

Disappointing
The order was placed on a Friday, a baby sweater. I paid extra for gift wrapping as well as the option to add a personal note.
When I had not had the dispatch confirmed by the following Tuesday I contacted the Trotters Customer Services team. The order was not shipped and the response was unnecessary rude and dismissive. I then received the dispatched order soon after, and the sweater arrived the next day. However, I was again disappointed to discover the gift wrapping was no more than Trotters tissue paper and a large Trotters bag. When shopping with Liberty London and the likes the gift wrapping is such a luxurious treat. The tiny baby jumper in the large shopping bag was a far cry from this. I searched the content for my personal note and found it on the order sheet, printed on a line underneath where it said I’d ordered the sweater and gift wrapping.
I am glad I didn’t ship this straight to my friend. At least now I was able to gift wrap it and add a note. Furthermore, the quality of the sweater was not what I expected either.
Will not recommend Trotters. There are better brands who care more about selling quality products, providing great service and who genuinely would like you to shop with them.

Lovely clothes, terrible quality...
Clothes are beautiful but extremely poor quality, I have purchased jumpers which have bobbled and faded after being hand washed and hair bows which have unravelled - on contacting their customer services department I was told there was nothing they could do as the items were purchased 5 months ago - this is irrelevant. I would not waste your money.

Trotters is a scam
Trotters is a scam! On November 24th 2020 I placed an order on Trotters online for holiday gifts for my son. When on December 4th I had still not received my order I contacted customer service who said the package was lost and took upwards of ten days and countless emails to finally offer to send me a new order, and nothing else, even though it would be too late for the holidays. I accepted this offer and 12 days later have still not received anything and have had no response from customer service. I took a chance on a new company who charged my credit card for my purchase and never sent any goods. My son did not receive his holiday gift and Trotters went silent. This company is clearly participating in some sort of large scale scam and are criminal. Do not purchase on Trotters, there are so many other reliable, luxury UK clothing based sites I have purchased from, Pepa and Co. and Childrensalon for example. Trotters will take your money and disappear!

Adult shoes. Limited sizes
Bought adult shoes. Great service and lovely items. Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is that it’s a little tantalising and misleading to show certain styles and colours as available in grown up sizes and they’re NOT in the largest size. Took 2 emails for them to admit they weren’t ever available in certain colour ways and the size I needed (as by their own admission they come up small), although it appeared so online
